ข้อกำหนดเบื้องต้น (Prerequisites)

  • อัปเดต Driver ทั้งหมด (Graphic, Sound, BIOS, USB, Printers) ก่อนติดตั้ง Windows 10
  • ถอดอุปกรณ์ USB ทั้งหมด (Pen Drive, External HDD, Keyboard, Mouse, Printer)
  • ใช้สาย Ethernet แทน WiFi และปิด WiFi จนกว่าอัปเดตจะเสร็จ

วิธีที่ 1: ปิด Antivirus และ Firewall ชั่วคราวก่อนอัปเกรด

  1. คลิกขวาไอคอน Antivirus Program ใน System Tray เลือก Disable
  2. เลือกช่วงเวลาที่ปิด (เลือกน้อยที่สุด 15-30 นาที)
  3. ลองอัปเกรดอีกครั้ง ดูว่าแก้ไขหรือยัง
  4. พิมพ์ control ใน Windows Search คลิก Control Panel
  5. คลิก System and Security > Windows Firewall
  6. จากแถบซ้าย คลิก Turn Windows Firewall on or off
  7. เลือก Turn off Windows Firewall รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์ ลองอัปเกรดอีกครั้ง

หาไม่ได้ผล ให้เปิด Firewall กลับมาตามขั้นตอนเดิม

วิธีที่ 2: ลบ Hyphens ออกจากชื่อคอมพิวเตอร์

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ sysdm.cpl กด Enter เปิด System Properties
  2. อยู่แท็บ Computer Name คลิก Change ล่างสุด
  3. ตั้งชื่อคอมพิวเตอร์ให้เรียบง่าย ไม่มีจุด หัฟเฟน หรือขีด
  4. คลิก OK > Apply > OK
  5. รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 3: ตรวจสอบว่า Windows อัปเดตล่าสุดแล้ว

  1. กด Windows Key + I เลือก Update & Security
  2. คลิก Check for updates ติดตั้งอัปเดตที่ค้างอยู่
  3. ติดตั้งเสร็จ รีบูท ทดสอบอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 4: ทำ Clean Boot

ทำ Clean Boot เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าไม่มีแอปบุคคลที่สามขัดแย้งกับ Windows Update บางครั้งซอฟต์แวร์ภายนอกขัดแย้งทำให้ Windows Update ค้าง ต้องทำ Clean Boot เพื่อวินิจฉัยทีละขั้นตอน

วิธีที่ 5: อัปเกรดด้วย Windows 10 Media Creation Tool

  1. ดาวน์โหลด Media Creation Tool
  2. Backup ข้อมูลจาก System Partition และบันทึก License Key
  3. รัน Tool เลือก Upgrade this PC now
  4. ยอมรับ License Terms
  5. ติดตั้งพร้อม เลือก Keep personal files and apps
  6. คอมพิวเตอร์จะรีสตาร์ทหลายครั้ง แล้วอัปเกรดสำเร็จ

วิธีที่ 6: รัน SFC และ DISM

  1. กด Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่ง: 
    Sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows  (หากคำสั่งแรกล้มเหลว)
  3. รอเสร็จสิ้น รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์
  4. เปิด CMD อีกครั้ง พิมพ์ DISM: 
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  5. รอ DISM ทำงานเสร็จ
  6. หายังไม่ได้ผล ลองคำสั่งนี้ (ต้องมี Windows Installation/Recovery Disc): 
    Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess
    แทนที่ C:\RepairSource\Windows ด้วยตำแหน่ง Repair Source
  7. รีบูททดสอบอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 7: รีเซ็ต Windows Updates Components

  1. กด Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. หยุด Windows Update Services: 
    net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
  3. เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution: 
    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
  4. เริ่ม Windows Update Services ใหม่: 
    net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
  5. รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์ทดสอบอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 8: ลบ Registry สำหรับ Mounted Images

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ regedit กด Enter
  2. ไปที่ Registry Key: 
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WIMMount\Mounted Images
  3. เลือก Mounted Images คลิกขวาที่ (Default) ด้านขวา เลือก Delete
  4. ปิด Registry Editor รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 9: ปิด Wi-Fi Adapter และ CD/DVD Drive

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc กด Enter เปิด Device Manager
  2. ขยาย DVD/CD-ROM drives คลิกขวา CD/DVD Drive เลือก Disable device
  3. ขยาย Network adapters คลิกขวา WiFi Adapter เลือก Disable device
  4. ลองรัน Windows 10 Setup อีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 10: รัน Malwarebytes และ AdwCleaner

Malwarebytes เป็น Scanner อันทรงพลัง ลบ Browser Hijackers, Adware, Malware ได้ ทำงานร่วมกับ Antivirus ไม่ขัดแย้ง

  1. ดาวน์โหลด AdwCleaner
  2. คลิกสองครั้ง adwcleaner.exe รันโปรแกรม
  3. คลิก "I agree" ยอมรับ License
  4. คลิก Scan ใต้ Actions
  5. รอค้นหา PUPs และโปรแกรมอันตราย
  6. สแกนเสร็จ คลิก Clean ล้างระบบ
  7. บันทึกงาน คลิก OK รีบูท
  8. หลังรีบูท จะมี Log File แสดงรายการที่ถูกลบ
