วิธีที่ 2: เริ่มหรือ Restart Print Spooler Dependencies

Print Spooler จะหยุดถ้า Dependency Services ล้มเหลว ต้องตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าทำงานอยู่

Step I: เปิด Services Window (เหมือนข้างต้น)

Step II: เช็ค Print Spooler Activity Status

  1. คลิกขวา Print Spooler > Properties
  2. แท็บ Dependencies
  3. คลิกไอคอน Remote Procedure Call (RPC) จะขยาย 2 ตัวเลือก:
    • DCOM Server Process Launcher
    • RPC Endpoint Mapper
    จดชื่อไว้ > Exit หน้าต่าง

Step III: เริ่ม DCOM Server Process Launcher Service

Step IV: เริ่ม RPC Endpoint Mapper Service

  1. ค้นหา RPC Endpoint Mapper ใน Services
  2. คลิกขวา > Properties
  3. Startup type: Automatic > Apply > OK

วิธีที่ 3: ล้าง Spooled Files

หากกด Ctrl + P เอกสารหลายหน้า Print Spooler อาจจัดการไม่ทัน Glitch สามารถล้าง Print Queue (Spool Files) เองได้ แล้ว Restart Service

หมายเหตุ: จะ Stop Print Spooler ก่อน ลบไฟล์ แล้ว Start ใหม่

  1. เปิด Services หา Print Spooler คลิกขวา > Stop
  2. Win + E เปิด File Explorer
  3. ไป C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
  4. ลบไฟล์ใน PRINTERS folder: Ctrl+A > Delete
  5. Disconnect Printer จาก PC
  6. ทำตาม วิธีที่ 1 เริ่ม Print Spooler Service
  7. Reconnect Printer กลับมา ตรวจสอบว่าพิมพ์ได้ปกติ

วิธีที่ 4: รัน Printer Troubleshooter

Printer Issues บน Windows 10 เยอะ Microsoft ใส่ Troubleshooter ไว้ใน OS เอง Tool รัน Pre-defined Steps (เช็ค Spooler Errors, Print Queues ฯลฯ) แก้อัตโนมัติ

  1. Win + I > Settings
  2. คลิก Update & Security
  3. แท็บ Troubleshoot (ซ้าย)
  4. คลิก Additional Troubleshooters (ขวา)
  5. ส่วน Get up and running เลือก Printer Troubleshooter > Run the troubleshooter
  6. Tool จะ Detecting problems
  7. เลือก Printer ที่ต้องการ > Next
  8. Apply the fix ตามที่ Troubleshooter แนะนำ > พิมพ์ต่อ

วิธีที่ 5: ติดตั้ง Printer Drivers ใหม่ (Reinstall)
