  • Mouse & Keyboard Drivers: สื่อสารระหว่าง OS และ Hardware หาก Corrupt/Outdated จะเกิดปัญหา รวมถึง Login ไม่ได้ และ Mouse Flicker

วิธีที่ 1: Restart Windows/File Explorer

วิธีที่ 3: อัปเดต Keyboard & Mouse Drivers

Pointer Flicker อาจมาจาก Mouse/Keyboard Drivers Corrupt/Outdated:

  • ตรวจสอบ Drivers ที่ติดตั้งว่า Compatible และ Updated ล่าสุด

วิธีที่ 4: ปิด Biometric Devices ที่ต่ออยู่

Biometric Devices มี Compatibility Issues กับ Windows 10 และ Old Drivers หากมี Biometric Device และเจอปัญหานี้ วิธีดีคือ Disable มัน

หมายเหตุ: การ Disable จะทำให้ Biometric Device ใช้ไม่ได้ แต่ Mouse Pointer จะทำงานปกติ

  1. Win + X > WinX Menu
  2. ไป Device Manager
  3. ขยายแท็บ Biometric devices
  4. คลิกขวา Biometric device > Disable
  5. Restart PC ใช้การเปลี่ยนแปลง

ควรแก้ปัญหา Conflict ระหว่าง OS และ Biometric Device

วิธีที่ 5: ปิด HP SimplePass Feature บน Windows 10 PC

ผู้ใช้ HP ที่ต่อ Biometric Device ต้องรับผิดชอบ HP SimplePass โปรแกรมสำหรับ Biometric Devices ควบคุมการทำงาน แต่อาจไม่ Relative กับ Windows 10 ทำให้ Cursor Blink

หากคุณเป็น User HP เจอปัญหานี้กับ SimplePass ติดตั้งอยู่ ให้ Disable ฟังก์ชันหนึ่ง:

  1. เปิด HP Simple Pass
