ลองวิธีต่อไป (ไม่เรียงลำดับ):

  1. Unpair และ pair อุปกรณ์ใหม่
  2. รัน Bluetooth Troubleshooter
  3. ตรวจสอบ essential Bluetooth services
  4. อัปเดต Bluetooth drivers
  5. Reset Winsock
  6. Modify Registry
  7. Reset Bluetooth Adapter
  8. ใช้ USB Bluetooth dongle

1. Unpair และ pair อุปกรณ์ใหม่

ตัดการจับคู่อุปกรณ์ที่จับคู่อยู่ แล้วจับคู่ PC กับมือถือใหม่ ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาแก้ไขได้ไหม ไม่ได้ ลองวิธีถัดไป

2. รัน Bluetooth Troubleshooter

Windows 11: Win+I > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > หา Bluetooth > Run > ทำตามคำแนะนำ

Windows 10: Win+I > Update and Security > Troubleshooter > Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter > ทำตามคำแนะนำ

ปัญหา Bluetooth อาจมาจากฮาร์ดแวร์ รัน Hardware & Devices Troubleshooter ดู

3. ตรวจสอบ essential Bluetooth services

ตรวจสอบบริการต่อไปนี้ ตั้งเป็น Automatic (Delayed) และ Running ใน Services manager:

  • Bluetooth
  • Bluetooth Device Monitor
  • Bluetooth OBEX Service
  • Bluetooth Support Services

วิธีเปิด:

  • เปิด Services console
  • หาบริการแต่ละตัว หากไม่รันหรือไม่ใช่ Automatic (Delayed) คลิกขวา > Startup type: Automatic (Delayed) > Apply > Start > รีสตาร์ท PC

4. อัปเดต Bluetooth drivers

อัปเดต Bluetooth drivers ดูช่วยได้ไหม ผ่าน Device Manager, Optional Updates ใน Windows Update, หรือเว็บผู้ผลิต Bluetooth adapter

หากไดรเวอร์ล่าสุดอยู่แล้ว ลอง rollback หรือติดตั้งเวอร์ชันเก่ากว่า ถ้าทั้งอัปเดตและ rollback ไม่ได้ Uninstall Bluetooth driver > รีสตาร์ท PC - Windows จะติดตั้ง generic driver ใหม่ ซึ่งบางครั้งเพียงพอ

5. Reset Winsock

ผู้ใช้บางรายรายงานว่า Reset Winsock บน Windows 11/10 ช่วยแก้ได้

6. Modify Registry

เนื่องจากเป็นการแก้ไข Registry แนะนำ backup registry หรือสร้าง System restore point ก่อน แล้วทำต่อ:

  • Win+R > regedit > Enter
  • ไปที่ registry key: 
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974}
  • ใน left pane คลิกขวาโฟลเดอร์ {e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974} > Delete > OK
  • ออก Registry Editor > รีสตาร์ท PC

7. Reset Bluetooth Adapter

Bluetooth adapter เป็นส่วนของ protocol stack/network stack ใช้ Network Reset feature ใน Windows 11/10 รีเซ็ต network adapters

8. ใช้ USB Bluetooth dongle

หากปัญหาเกิดกับ Bluetooth ในตัว ให้ใช้ USB Bluetooth dongle ภายนอก ติดตั้งแทน หากไม่มีปัญหา แสดงว่า internal Bluetooth adapter เสีย

  • เปิด Command Prompt แบบ Admin/Elevated

  • Restart computer

แก้ uTorrent Connection Error 10047:

  • Winsock Reset
  • Whitelist uTorrent และ Incoming Ports
  • ถอน Third-Party Culprit
  • Disable IPv6 on Network Adapter
