ตั้งค่า Metered Connection (จำกัดการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต) ใน Windows 10 แล้วจับคู่ Bluetooth ไม่ได้? Error: "Setup incomplete because of a metered connection" — ปัญหาอยู่ที่การตั้งค่า ไม่ใช่อุปกรณ์
สาเหตุ
Windows พยายามดาวน์โหลด Driver อัปเดตล่าสุดทุกครั้งที่จับคู่ Bluetooth — แต่ Metered Connection บล็อกการดาวน์โหลด → Error
วิธีแก้: อนุญาตดาวน์โหลดผ่าน Metered Connection
- Settings → Devices → Bluetooth & other devices
- เลื่อนลงหา Download over metered connections → ติ้ก ✓
- อุปกรณ์จะจับคู่ได้ทันที (ถ้ามี Driver อยู่แล้ว) หรือหลังดาวน์โหลดเสร็จ
ข้อควรระวังหลังจับคู่สำเร็จ
- Error จะหายหลังจับคู่สำเร็จ
- แต่ถ้า ติ้กออก Error จะกลับมาครั้งหน้า
- บางอุปกรณ์ (เมาส์/คีย์บอร์ด Logitech) จับคู่ได้แม้ไม่ติ้ก — แต่ลำโพง Philips ต้องติ้กทุกครั้ง
เคล็ดลับ: สร้าง Shortcut ไป Bluetooth Settings
- คลิกขวาเดสก์ท็อป → New → Shortcut
- พิมพ์:
ms-settings:bluetooth - ตั้งชื่อ → Finish
- คลิก Shortcut นี้เพื่อเปิด/ปิด "Download over metered connections" ได้เร็ว
ถ้ายังแก้ไม่ได้
- ปิด Metered Connection ชั่วคราว → รอจับคู่เสร็จ → เปิด Metered Connection กลับ
- กังวล Windows Update? → Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → Pause updates for 7 days
จดจำ: หลังจับคู่เสร็จ ให้เปิด Metered Connection กลับทันที!
