แก้ Battlefield 2042 Error 4C/13C: Unable to load persistence data

แก้ Battlefield 2042 Error 4C/13C: Unable to load persistence data

Unable to load persistence data. Game will return to start menu. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.
Error code: 600P:13C

สาเหตุ: DNS Issues, ปัญหาเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต, Cache เสียหาย, Cross-Play เปิดอยู่ วิธีแก้:

แก้ Battlefield 2042 Error Unable to load persistence data, 4C หรือ 13C

  1. ลอง General Fixes พื้นฐาน
  2. ปิด Cross-Play
  3. Power Cycle Console
  4. เปลี่ยนเป็น Google DNS
  5. Verify Game Files (Steam Users)
  6. Port Forwarding
  7. ใช้ VPN บน PC

1. General Fixes พื้นฐาน

Error อาจเป็น Bug ชั่วคราว ลอง:

  • Restart PC แล้วเปิดเกมใหม่
  • เช็คอินเทอร์เน็ต ต้องเสถียร Troubleshoot WiFi หากมีปัญหา

หายก็จบ ไม่หายลองต่อ

2. ปิด Cross-Play

Cross-Play ให้เล่นข้าม Platform แต่บางครั้งก่อ Error นี้ หลายคนปิดแล้วหาย ลองปิดดู:

  1. เปิดเกม ให้โหลดจบ
  2. ไป Options > General Tab
  3. Other Options หา Cross-Play ตั้งเป็น OFF
  4. Relaunch เกม ทดสอบ

3. Power Cycle Console

บน Console (Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PS4, PS5) ให้ Power Cycle: กดปุ่ม Power ค้าง 10+ วินาที รอ 1 นาที เปิดใหม่ รอโหลดจบ ลองเปิดเกม ช่วย Clear Cache ชั่วคราว

4. เปลี่ยนเป็น Google DNS

DNS ไม่เสถียรเป็นสาเหตุหลัก ให้เปลี่ยนเป็น Google DNS:

Windows PC:

  • Win+R พิมพ์ ncpa.cpl เปิด Network Connections
  • คลิกขวา Active Network > Properties
  • เลือก Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties
  • เลือก Use the following DNS server addresses ใส่: Preferred: 8.8.8.8, Alternate: 8.8.4.4
  • OK กลับไปเลือก Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) > Properties
  • ใส่: 2001:4860:4860::8888, 2001:4860:4860::8844
  • Save > Reboot PC

Xbox One/Series X:

  1. กดปุ่ม Xbox บน Controller เลือก Gear Icon > All Settings
  2. Network Tab > Advanced Settings
  3. DNS Settings > Manual
  4. Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8, Secondary: 8.8.4.4
  5. Save > Restart Xbox และ Router

5. Verify Game Files (Steam Users)

  1. เปิด Steam > LIBRARY
  2. หา Battlefield 2042 คลิกขวา > Properties
  3. แท็บ Local Files > Verify integrity of game files
  4. รอจบ แล้วลองเปิดเกม

6. Port Forwarding

Port ที่เกมใช้ถูกบล็อกอาจทำให้ Error ให้ Forward Port เอง (ถ้า Router ไม่รองรับ UPnP):

เข้าหน้า Router (192.168.0.1 หรือ 192.168.1.1) Login > Advanced/Expert > Port Forwarding/NAT Forwarding ใส่ Port ตาม Platform:

Xbox: TCP: 3074 | UDP: 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500

PC: TCP: 5222, 9988, 17502, 20000-20100, 22990, 42127 | UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300

PS4/PS5: TCP: 1935, 3478-3480 | UDP: 3074, 3478-3479, 3659, 14000-14016

Save > Restart Router > ทดสอบ

7. ใช้ VPN บน PC

หากเป็นปัญหาเชื่อมต่อ ให้ลอง VPN: TunnelBear, Betternet, ProtonVPN, NordVPN ฯลฯ

ปิด Crossplay ใน Battlefield 2042 บน Xbox One & Series X/S

  1. กด Guide Button บน Controller > Settings > Account > Privacy & Online Safety
  2. Xbox Privacy > Custom > View Details and Customize
  3. Communication & Multiplayer
  4. หา "You can join cross-network play" ตั้งเป็น Block
