หาก Hotkeys หรือ Keyboard Shortcuts ทำงานไม่ได้ บน Windows 11/10/8/7 (เช่น Fn Keys, Multimedia Keys, Win Key) ลองวิธีแก้ไขดังนี้
7 วิธีแก้ไข Hotkeys ไม่ทำงาน
1. ทำความสะอาดคีย์บอร์ดแบบกายภาพ
ฝุ่น/คราบสกปรกอาจบล็อก Switch ปิดเครื่อง ถอดคีย์บอร์ด (ถ้าเป็น Desktop) ใช้ Cotton bud โม้แอลกอฮอล์ทำความสะอาดรอยต่อ ถ้าประกอบถอดได้ ให้ถอดทำความสะอาดภายใน
2. รัน Hardware Troubleshooter
Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Keyboard > Run the troubleshooter > Restart
3. เปลี่ยน USB Port
Port เดิมอาจเสีย ลองเสียบ Port อื่น (ตรง Motherboard ดีกว่า Front Panel) ทำความสะอาด Port ด้วย
4. Uninstall Keyboard Software เก่า
เคยใช้คีย์บอร์ด銘牌อื่นไหม? Uninstall Software เก่าออกหมด อาจชนกันได้
5. อัปเดต/Reinstall Keyboard Driver
ดาวน์โหลด Driver/Firmware ล่าสุดจากเว็บผู้ผลิต (Logitech, Razer, Corsair, v.v.)
หรือ Reinstall ผ่าน Device Manager:
- Right-click Start > Device Manager
- ขยาย Keyboards > 右คลิกอุปกรณ์ > Uninstall device
- Restart PC (Windows จะติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่อัตโนมัติ)
6. เปิด HID Human Interface Service
Service นี้ต้องเป็น Automatic ไม่งั้น Hotkeys ไม่ทำงาน
- Win + R >
services.msc - หา Human Interface Device Access
- Double-click > Startup Type: Automatic > Start > OK
- Restart PC
7. Reset Keyboard Settings
บางคีย์บอร์ดมีปุ่ม Reset หรือ Software สำหรับ Reset เป็นค่าโรงงาน
ปัญหาเฉพาะ Key ที่พบบ่อย (Related Reads)
- Function Keys (F1-F12) ไม่ทำงาน
- @ หรือ # Key ผิด/ไม่ทำงาน
- Caps Lock / Num Lock / Shift / Windows Key ไม่ทำงาน
- WASD และ Arrow Keys สลับกัน
- Multimedia Keys ไม่ทำงาน
- Laptop Keyboard ไม่ทำงาน
- Spacebar / Enter ไม่ทำงาน
