แก้ไข Windows 11/10 ค้างใน Reboot Loop ไม่รู้จบ

หาก Windows 11/10 ค้างใน Reboot Loop ต่อเนื่องหลัง Upgrade, Windows Update, Reset หรือ Blue Screen บทความนี้ให้แนวทางแก้ไข ก่อน Restart อาจหรือไม่แสดงข้อความ หากมี อาจเป็น:

  • Failure configuring Windows updates, Reverting changes
  • We couldn't complete the updates, Undoing changes
  • Automatic Repair fails, stuck in reboot loop
  • Your PC will automatically restart in one minute

Windows 11/10 ค้างใน Endless Reboot Loop

เป้าหมายหลัก: พยายามเข้า Safe Mode หากเข้าได้ดี ถ้าไม่ได้ ต้องใช้ Windows Installation Media

ลองปล่อยให้ Reboot 2-3 รอบ ดูว่าหายไปเองไหม Windows อาจแสดง Repair Windows หรือ Automatic Repair เอง แต่หากยัง Loop ให้ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้

1. Reboot ต่อเนื่องหลังติดตั้ง Update/Driver/Program

Dual-boot System: ในหน้าจอเลือก OS จะมี Change defaults or choose other options > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Windows Startup Settings > กด 4 เพื่อ Enable Safe Mode

Single OS: วิธีเข้า Safe Mode:

  1. กด Shift + Restart เข้า Advanced Startup
  2. Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Advanced startup > Restart now
  3. CMD Admin: shutdown /r /o

หากเปิด F8 ไว้ก่อนหน้า กด F8 ตอนบูทเข้า Safe Mode ได้

หากเข้า Safe Mode ไม่ได้: ใช้ Windows Installation Media หรือ Recovery Drive บูท > Repair your computer > Troubleshoot > Advanced Startup Options > Command Prompt

เมื่อเข้า Safe Mode หรือ Advanced Options แล้ว ทำได้:

ใน Safe Mode:

  1. Control Panel > Programs and Features > View installed updates > Uninstall Update/Driver/Program ที่ติดตั้งล่าสุดก่อนปัญหา
  2. Rollback Driver หากเพิ่งอัปเดต

ใน Safe Mode หรือ Advanced Options:

  1. CMD Admin รัน: 
    net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
    ลบไฟล์ทั้งหมดใน C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution > Restart
  2. Windows 10/8: Automatic Startup Repair / Windows 7: Repair Windows 7
  1. System Restore กลับจุดก่อนปัญหา
  2. ซ่อม MBR ด้วย CMD และ bootrec
  3. Reinstall Windows

สามารถป้องกัน Restart หลัง Windows Updates ได้ด้วย Group Policy หรือ Registry

2. Reboot ต่อเนื่องจาก Hardware Failure

RAM, Hard Drive, PSU, GPU, อุปกรณ์ภายนอก, Overheating, BIOS ต้องอยู่ใน Safe Mode จึงแก้ได้

3. Reboot หลัง Blue Screen/Stop Error

เพื่อไม่ให้ Restart อัตโนมัติหลัง Stop Error (เพื่ออ่าน Error Code):

  1. WinX Menu > System > Advanced system settings > Advanced > Startup and Recovery > Settings > ยกเลิกติ๊ก Automatically restart
  2. หรือ Registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl สร้าง/แก้ DWORD AutoReboot = 0

4. Reboot Loop หลัง Upgrade
