หลายครั้งตอนเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ไร้สาย ไม่แสดงในรายการอุปกรณ์ที่พร้อมใช้งานใน Windows 11/10/8/7 สถานะ Network and Sharing Center ใน Notification Area แสดงว่า Disabled Troubleshooting แล้วเจอ Error: Wireless Capability Turned Off บัญชี Non-Admin ไม่สามารถเปิดได้ วิธีแก้ดังนี้
WiFi Turned Off & Won't Turn On ใน Windows 11/10
- Windows Network Diagnostics Troubleshooter
- ตรวจสอบ Physical Switch
- Change Adapter Settings
- Install Latest WiFi Driver
- Enable Wireless Adapter
- Use Network Reset
1. Windows Network Diagnostics Troubleshooter
คลิกขวา Network Icon ใน Notification Area > Troubleshoot problems หรือ Settings > System/Network & Internet > Troubleshoot > Network Troubleshooter
2. ตรวจสอบ Physical Switch
แล็ปท็อปส่วนใหญ่มีสวิตช์เล็กๆ ด้านข้าง/หน้า สำหรับเปิด/ปิด Wireless ตรวจสอบว่าเปิดอยู่
3. Change Adapter Settings
- Start > พิมพ์ network and sharing center > Enter
- คลิก Change adapter settings
- คลิกขวา Connection > Enable
4. Install Latest WiFi Driver
ติดตั้ง Driver ล่าสุดจากเว็บผู้ผลิตแล็ปท็อป แก้ปัญหาเชื่อมต่อส่วนใหญ่ใน Windows 10/8/7
5. Enable Wireless Adapter
เข้า Admin Account (เปิดผ่าน CMD: net user admin active:yes) รัน Network Troubleshoot ที่นี่ ด้วยสิทธิ์ Admin จะ Auto Fix ได้ในส่วนใหญ่
6. Use Network Reset
หากไม่ได้ผล ใช้ Network Reset Feature
