แก้ Error 0x80070424 สำหรับ Windows Update และ Microsoft Store

Error 0x80070424 (ERROR SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST) เกิดได้ทั้ง Windows Update และ Microsoft Store เพราะบริการทั้งสองเชื่อมโยงกัน อาจเกิดกับ Windows Update Standalone Installer หรือ Windows Defender ด้วย

8 วิธีแก้ Error 0x80070424

  1. Re-register BITS DLL files
  2. รัน Troubleshooter (Windows Update & Store Apps)
  3. Reset โฟลเดอร์ Windows Update (SoftwareDistribution, Catroot2)
  4. ตรวจสอบ Registry (DisableWindowsUpdateAccess = 0)
  5. ตรวจสอบ Windows Services (wuauserv, BITS, Workstation)
  6. Reset Microsoft Store (wsreset)
  7. ซ่อมไฟล์ Windows Update ด้วย DISM
  8. Restore Registry จากเครื่องอื่น (กรณีลบ service wuauserv ไป)

1. Re-register BITS DLL

CMD (Admin) รัน:
regsvr32 Qmgr.dll /s
regsvr32 Qmgrprxy.dll /s
รีบูทแล้วทดสอบ

2. รัน Troubleshooter

Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > รัน Windows Update และ Windows Store Apps

3. Reset โฟลเดอร์ Update

ลบเนื้อหาใน C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution และ reset Catroot2

4. ตรวจสอบ Registry

Regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
DWORD DisableWindowsUpdateAccess = 0 > รีบูท

5. ตรวจสอบ Services

Services.msc ตรวจสอบ 3 บริการ:
• Windows Update: Manual (Triggered)
• Background Intelligent Transfer Service: Manual
• Workstation: Automatic
ให้ Start ทุกตัว

6. Reset Microsoft Store

CMD (Admin): wsreset รอจบกระบวนการ

7. DISM ซ่อมไฟล์ Update

CMD (Admin):
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

8. Restore Registry (กรณีลบ wuauserv)

หากลบ service ไป (sc delete wuauserv) ต้องนำ Registry key HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wuauserv จากเครื่องรุ่นเดียวกันมา Import (Export .reg ไฟล์จากเครื่องปกติ แล้ว Double-click นำเข้า)

หมายเหตุ: หากทำไม่ได้ ต้อง Refresh/Reset Windows 10 ด้วย Bootable Media
