แก้ Microsoft Store / Windows Update Error 0x8000FFFF

ข้อผิดพลาด 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED) เกิดระหว่าง Windows Update หรืออัปเดต Microsoft Store Apps ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้

วิธีแก้ไข 8 วิธี

  1. Windows Update Troubleshooter: Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Windows Update
  2. Clean Boot State: บูตด้วย Driver/Services ขั้นต่ำ → ลองอัปเดตใหม่
  3. ลบโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution & Reset catroot2: 
    net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
rd /s /q %windir%\SoftwareDistribution
rd /s /q %windir%\System32\catroot2
net start wuauserv
net start bits
  4. Clear Store Cache: รัน wsreset.exe (Win+R → wsreset)
  5. Cryptographic Service: Services.msc → Cryptographic Services → Automatic + Started
  6. Check Root Permissions: C:\ → Properties → Security → BUILTIN\Users ต้องมี Read access
  7. Media Creation Tool: ดาวน์โหลด ISO ติดตั้งแทนการอัปเดตผ่าน Windows Update
  8. Check Logs: %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log ดูรายละเอียดข้อผิดพลาด

ลองตามลำดับ หนึ่งในนี้ควรจะแก้ปัญหาได้
