บางครั้งพยายามใส่ Digital Signature ลง PDF ด้วย Software เฉพาะเจาะจง แล้วเจอ Error:
The Windows Cryptographic Service Provider reported an error. Invalid provider type specified, invalid signature, security broken, code 2148073504 or keyset does not exist
ปัญหาส่วนใหญ่มาจาก Outdated Certificates หรือ Corrupted Settings ใน Registry เริ่มต้น Reset หรือ Recreate User Profile ใน Domain เช็คผล
The Windows Cryptographic Service Provider Reported an Error
ตาม Microsoft Cryptographic Service Provider (CSP) ประกอบด้วย Implementations ของ Cryptographic Standards และ Algorithms ขั้นต่ำ CSP ประกอบด้วย DLL ที่ Implement Functions ใน CryptoSPI (System Program Interface) Providers Implement Algorithms, Generate Keys, Key Storage, Authenticate Users
หากเจอ Cryptographic Service Provider Errors ลองทำดังนี้:
- Restart Cryptographic Service
- เช็ค Certificate
- Reinstall Certificate
- SafeNet Authentication Client Tool
- Recreate Microsoft Cryptography's Local Store Folder
- Uninstall ePass2003
1] Restart Cryptographic Service
รัน services.msc Restart Windows Cryptographic Service
2] เช็ค Certificate
เปิด Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options แท็บ Content คลิก Certificates เช็คว่ามี Certificate สำหรับ Program/Provider ที่ Error ไหม หาไม่มี สร้างใหม่ หา Expired ลบสร้างใหม่ Certificate ไหนไม่ได้ เลือก Certificate อื่น ลบเก่า
3] Reinstall Certificate
Reinstall Certificate Store ทั้งหมด และ User Certificates
4] เช็ค SafeNet Authentication Client Tool
หาติดตั้ง SafeNet Authentication Client Tool เปิด App ผ่าน Installation Directory หรือคลิกขวา SafeNet Icon ใน System Tray เลือก Tools
คลิกไอคอน 'Gear' เข้า Advanced View ขยาย Tokens ไป Certificate ที่จะใช้ Sign อยู่ใต้ User Certificates Group
คลิกขวา Certificate เลือก Set as CSP จาก Dropdown ทำซ้ำทุก Certificate ที่ใช้
ปิด SafeNet Authentication Client Tools ลอง Sign Document ใหม่
5] Recreate Microsoft Cryptography's Local Store Folder
ไป C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA Rename โฟลเดอร์ S-1-5-18 Restart ดูช่วยได้ไหม
6] Uninstall ePass2003
หาติดตั้ง ePass2003 สาเหตุอาจเป็น ePass2003 e-token ควร Uninstall ก่อน Reinstall ตั้งใหม่ ไป Settings > Apps and Features Uninstall ปกติ
Restart ติดตั้ง ePass2003 ใหม่ ตอน Reinstall ต้องเลือก Microsoft CSP ตอนเลือก CSP Option สิ่งต่างๆ ควรกลับสู่ปกติ Windows Cryptographic Service Provider Error ไม่ควรขึ้นอีก
