แก้ไข Hardware ID binding is beyond the level of tolerance 0xC004F00F

ข้อผิดพลาด 0xC004F00F "The Software Licensing Server reported that the hardware ID binding is beyond the level of tolerance" เกิดเมื่อฮาร์ดแวร์เปลี่ยนแปลงมากเกินไป (เช่น เปลี่ยนเมนบอร์ด, CPU, ฮาร์ดดิสก์) ทำให้ Windows Volume License (MAK/KMS) ไม่ยอมทำงาน

วิธีแก้ไข

1. ตรวจสอบประเภท Key

1. เปิด CMD/Admin
2. พิมพ์ slmgr /DLV → Enter
3. ดู Product Key Channel ว่าเป็น MAK หรือ KMS

2. แก้ MAK Key (Multiple Activation Key)

• Reactivate ภายในช่วง OOT grace period ผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตหรือโทรศัพท์
• ติดต่อ IT Admin ขององค์กร เพื่อขอ Activation ใหม่
• MAK Key ใช้ได้หลายเครื่อง แต่ต้อง Renew โดยเชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายองค์กร

3. แก้ KMS Key (Key Management Service)

• รีสตาร์ทเครื่องขณะเชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายองค์กร
• รันคำสั่ง: slmgr.vbs /ato (พยายาม Activate ใหม่ด้วย Key ที่ติดตั้งอยู่)

ข้อผิดพลาดนี้อาจเกิดกับผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นที่ใช้ Volume Licensing เช่น Office
