- Clear DNS cache, Winsock, ฯลฯ
- ปิด firewall และ anti-virus
- เปลี่ยน Network
1. รันคำสั่ง Command Prompt หลายคำสั่ง
รันคำสั่งใน CMD ทีละอัน รีสตาร์ทระบบ คำสั่ง renew IP, reset Winsock, flush DNS cache
ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /registerdns
รีสตาร์ทหลังรัน ลองเชื่อม VPN ดูแก้ได้ไหม
2. ปิด firewall และ anti-virus
บางครั้ง anti-virus ขัดจังหวะ VPN software Firewall เหมือนกัน แยกปัญหา disable/uninstall anti-virus เช็คแก้ได้ไหม ติดตั้งใหม่หรือเปลี่ยนทีหลัง
ปิด Firewall:
1. เปิด Control Panel ค้นใน Windows search
2. เปิด Windows Firewall
3. ซ้ายเลือก 'Turn the Firewall ON or OFF'
4. ปิด Firewall กด OK เซฟ
3. เปลี่ยน Network
บางครั้ง Network จำกัดการเชื่อม VPN client เปลี่ยน network ช่วยแยกปัญหา
