หลังอัปเกรด Windows 10 v1903 Cortana Web Preview อาจทำงานไม่ถูกต้อง Microsoft แยก Unified Search แล้ว แต่ Cortana ยังมีฟีเจอร์ Web View ที่ค้นหาสมการคณิตศาสตร์ แล้วแสดงผลผ่าน Bing บางเคส Web View ไม่ขึ้น ต้องกด "Open in Browser" แทน
วิธีแก้ไข Cortana Web Preview
- Restart Cortana Task - Task Manager > Processes > Cortana > End Task > เปิด Cortana ใหม่
- Reset Cortana ผ่าน Settings - Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Cortana > Advanced options > Terminate แล้ว Reset
- Re-register และ Reinstall Cortana App - PowerShell (Admin) รัน:
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} - ใช้ Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter - Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Store Apps
- เปลี่ยน Search Filter Level - Settings > Search เปลี่ยนระดับ Filter หาก Strict เกินไป Web View จะไม่ทำงาน
