ถ้าไม่ได้ ให้ Take full control ของไฟล์: เปิด File Explorer คลิกขวาที่ Partition เลือก Properties
แท็บ Security กดปุ่ม Edit… ตรวจสอบว่า Everyone ถูกเลือกใน Group or user names
ตอนนี้ Permissions for Everyone จะทำงาน ติ๊ก Allow ทุกช่อง กด Apply
กดปุ่ม Advanced หน้าต่าง Advanced Security Settings โผล่ กดลิงก์ Change สำหรับ Owner
พิมพ์ชื่อบัญชี กด Check Names ยืนยัน กด OK
เลือก Replace owner on subcontainers and objects กด OK
ในลิสต์ Group or User names เลือก Administrators เลือก Full Control ใน Permissions for Administrators กด OK
