Windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase of installation
วิธีแก้:
- ถอด Hardware ที่ไม่จำเป็น
- แก้ BIOS
- ตั้งค่า Partitions ใหม่ทั้งหมด
- สร้าง Bootable USB ใหม่
1] ถอด Hardware ที่ไม่จำเป็น
อาจต้อง Disable/ถอด Hardware ที่เพิ่งติดตั้ง เพราะ External Devices ก่อ Error ได้
แนะนำถอด Physical External Devices ทั้งหมด เช็คว่าแก้ได้ไหม
2] แก้ BIOS
วิธีหลัก: Update System BIOS ถ้าไม่ได้ Reset BIOS ดู
เริ่มคอมพิวเตอร์ ตอนบูท กด F10 เข้า BIOS (อาจเป็น F1, F2, Del)
กด F9 ได้ Prompt Restore Load default configuration now BIOS
กด Yes ตามหน้าจอ Set BIOS Defaults
Reboot เช็คว่า Boot ปกติไหม
3] ตั้งค่า Partitions ใหม่ทั้งหมด
ลบและสร้าง Partitions ใหม่ทั้งหมดบนคอมพิวเตอร์ เช็คว่าแก้ได้ไหม
4] สร้าง Bootable Drive ใหม่
แก้ปัญหานี้ ต้องสร้าง Windows 10 Bootable USB ใหม่ และ Boot จากมัน
