Windows Update ค่าเริ่มต้นใช้แบนด์วิธได้เต็มที่ (80% ผ่าน QoS Packet Scheduler) ทำให้งานอื่นช้า บทความนี้แนะนำ 2 วิธีจำกัดแบนด์วิธ: Group Policy Editor (Pro/Enterprise) และ Delivery Optimization Settings (ทุก Edition)
วิธีที่ 1: Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) - สำหรับ Windows Pro / Enterprise
- Win+R > พิมพ์
gpedit.msc> Enter - ไปที่: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Network > QoS Packet Scheduler
- ดับเบิลคลิก Limit reservable bandwidth
- เลือก Enabled > ตั้งค่า Bandwidth limit (%) = 0 (หรือค่าที่ต้องการ เช่น 10-20%)
- Apply > OK
ผล: Windows จะจองแบนด์วิธ 0% (แทนที่จะเป็น 80% Default) ให้ Update ใช้ได้เฉพาะที่เหลือ
วิธีที่ 2: Delivery Optimization Settings (Windows 10/11 ทุก Edition รวม Home)
- Settings (Win+I) > Windows Update > Advanced options > Delivery Optimization > Advanced options
- ในส่วน Download settings เลือกโหมด:
- Absolute bandwidth (Mbps): จำกัด Mbps ตรงๆ (เช่น 10 Mbps)
- Percentage of measured bandwidth (%): % ของแบนด์วิธที่วัดได้
- ตั้งค่า Foreground download (ดาวน์โหลดขณะใช้งาน) และ Background download (ดาวน์โหลดเบื้องหลัง) แยกกันได้
- ตัวอย่าง: Foreground 50%, Background 20% หรือ Foreground 10 Mbps, Background 5 Mbps
ไม่ต้อง Restart - 有效ทันที
สำหรับ Windows Home: ทางเลือก Registry (ถ้าไม่อยาก用 Delivery Optimization)
# เปิด QoS ผ่าน Registry (เทียบเท่า gpedit)

ตัวเลือกเพิ่มเติมใน Delivery Optimization
- Allow downloads from other PCs: เปิดเพื่อดาวน์โหลดจาก PC อื่นในเครือข่าย/อินเทอร์เน็ต (P2P) - ประหยัดแบนด์วิธอินเทอร์เน็ต
- Upload settings: จำกัดอัปโหลดไปยัง PC อื่น
