แก้ไข Windows Update error 0x8007043c

Error 0x8007043c รบกวนมาก เกิดจาก Windows Service ที่ Windows Update ต้องการมีปัญหา อาจเกิดใน Safe Mode หรือ Normal Mode ก็ได้

สาเหตุและวิธีแก้

สาเหตุหลัก: Third-party overprotective, System file corruption, Incompatible update

1. รัน Windows Updates Troubleshooter
2. ตรวจสอบสถานะ Windows Services
3. ใช้ DISM ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบ
4. ติดตั้ง Update ใน Clean Boot State

1. รัน Windows Updates Troubleshooter

Start > Settings > Updates & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Updates Troubleshooter > Run > Restart

หรือรัน Online Troubleshooter

2. ตรวจสอบ Windows Services

เปิด Services Manager (services.msc) ตรวจสอบ Services ต่อไปไม่เป็น Disabled:

• Windows Update Service – Manual (Triggered)
• Windows Update Medic Services – Manual
• Cryptographic Services – Automatic
• Background Intelligent Transfer Service – Manual
• Windows Installer – Manual

3. ใช้ DISM ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบ

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

รอหลายนาที DISM จะแทนที่ไฟล์เสียหาย

ถ้า Windows Update client แตกแล้ว ใช้คำสั่ง:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess

แทนที่ C:\RepairSource\Windows ด้วยที่อยู่ Repair Source จริง

Log อยู่ที่ %windir%/Logs/CBS/CBS.log

4. ติดตั้ง Update ใน Clean Boot State

Restart แบบ Clean Boot (Third-party ทั้งหมด Disable) แล้วลอง Update ถ้าได้ แสดงว่า Third-party ทำให้ Error ลองหาตัวทำปัญหา Uninstall

ถ้าไม่ได้ ต้อง Repair Install หรือ Clean Install (หลายคนแก้ได้ด้วย Clean Install)
