วิธีแก้ Windows 10 Cannot Access Shared Folder
ก่อนลอง Fixes ด้านล่าง Troubleshoot ปัญหาเห็น/เข้าถึง Shared folders บน Windows 10 ตรวจสอบก่อนว่า Devices อยู่ Network เดียวกัน
เช็คด้วยว่าคุณ Login ด้วย Account เดียวกับตอนที่ Share โฟลเดอร์กับ Users อื่นๆ
อัปเดต Windows 10
เพื่อให้ Folder sharing ทำงานถูกต้อง ให้ Update Windows 10
- เลือก Start > Settings > Update & Security
- ต่อไป เลือก Windows Update และติดตั้ง Pending updates
- คุณยังสามารถเลือก Check for Windows Updates เพื่อจัดการ Options และดู Available updates
ตั้งค่า WiFi Network เป็น Private
คุณตั้งค่า WiFi network เป็น Private หรือ Public ได้ตอน Connect ครั้งแรก
Private network option เหมาะกับ Network ที่ไว้ใจ เช่น Home หรือ Workplace network เมื่อตั้งค่า WiFi network เป็น Private อุปกรณ์อื่นจะ Discover PC ของคุณใน Network ได้ และคุณสามารถ Share files หรือ Printers ได้ นี่ไม่พร้อมใช้งานบน Public network
Note: เพื่อตั้งค่า WiFi network เป็น Private PC ควรรัน Windows 10 version 1709 หรือใหม่กว่า ดูคู่มือ How to tell which version of Windows you have installed
- เลือกไอคอน WiFi network ด้านขวาของ Taskbar
- ต่อไป เลือก network ที่ต้องการ Connect และเลือก Connect
- ใส่ network password และเลือก Next
- หากถูกถามว่าอยากให้ PC Discoverable โดยอุปกรณ์อื่นใน Network เดียวกันหรือไม่ ให้เลือก Yes ถัดจาก Private network
- ถ้า WiFi network ตั้งเป็น Public คุณเปลี่ยนเป็น Private ได้ เลือกไอคอน WiFi network แล้วเลือก Properties ใต้ชื่อ Network ที่เชื่อมต่อ
- เลือก Private ใต้ Network Profile
ด้วย Network ตั้งเป็น Private เช็คว่าตอนนี้คุณเห็นหรือเข้าถึง Shared folders บน PC ได้แล้วหรือยัง
เปิดใช้งาน Network Discovery และปิด Password Protected Sharing
ถ้า Network Discovery ปิดอยู่บน PC คุณอาจไม่เห็นหรือเข้าถึง Shared folders ใน Windows 10 ได้ เพื่อแก้ ให้ Turn on Network Discovery และ Disable password-protected sharing

อนุญาต File and Printer Sharing ใน Windows Defender Firewall
ถ้ายังไม่เห็นหรือเข้าถึง Shared folders และคุณใช้ Windows Defender Firewall ให้ Allow File and Printer Sharing ใน Firewall app
- ไปที่ Windows Defender และเปิด Firewall and network protection
- เลือก Allow an app through the firewall
- Allow File and Printer sharing และเช็คว่าตอนนี้เห็นหรือเข้าถึง Shared folders ได้ไหม
เช็ค Windows Credentials

- เปิด Control Panel > User Accounts
- เลือก Credential Manager

Shared Folders troubleshooter ช่วย Identify และ Resolve Issues ที่อาจป้องกันไม่ให้คุณเห็นหรือเข้าถึง Shared folders บน PC
- เลือก Start > Settings > Update & Security
- ต่อไป เลือก Troubleshoot > Additional Troubleshooters
- เลือก Shared Folders ใต้ Find and fix other problems

- พิมพ์ CMD ใน Search box และเลือก Command Prompt จากผลลัพธ์
- พิมพ์คำสั่งนี้และกด Enter: net use <DeviceName>: \\<ServerName>\<ShareName>
ต่อไป ให้ Enable SMB 1.0 support feature SMB (Server Message Block) protocol ใช้ Share files, Printer services และ Communication ระหว่าง PCs บน Network
- เปิด Control Panel > Programs
- เลือก Programs and Features
