แก้ เสียงหูฟังไม่ได้ยิน Windows 10: 10 วิธีแก้ไขครบวงจร

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อน

วิธีที่ 1: ปิด Front Panel Jack Detection (Realtek)

เปิด Realtek HD Audio Manager → ติ๊ก Disable front panel jack detection ใต้ Connector settings

วิธีที่ 2: ปิด Audio Enhancements

1. คลิกขวา Speaker icon Taskbar → Sound
2. แท็บ Playback → คลิกขวา Speakers → Properties
3. แท็บ Enhancements → ติ๊ก Disable all enhancements
4. Apply → OK → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 3: ตั้ง Headphone เป็น Default Device

1. คลิกขวา Volume icon → Playback devices
2. เลือก Headphones → คลิกขวา → Set as Default Device
3. ถ้าไม่เจอ: คลิกขวาพื้นที่ว่าง → Show Disabled Devices → Enable → Set as Default
4. บางกรณีไม่มี Headphone option → ตั้ง Speakers เป็น Default
5. Apply → OK → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 4: รัน Windows Audio Troubleshooter

1. Control Panel → Search troubleshooting
2. คลิก Troubleshooting → Hardware and Sound
3. คลิก Playing Audio → Advanced Options → ติ๊ก Apply repairs automatically → Next
4. Troubleshooter วินิจฉัย → Apply this fix and Reboot

วิธีที่ 5: เริ่ม Windows Audio Services

1. Win + R → services.msc Enter
2. หา: Windows Audio, Windows Audio Endpoint Builder, Plug and Play
3. Startup type: Automatic และ Running (Restart ทั้ง 3 ตัว)
4. ถ้าไม่ใช่ Automatic: คลิกขวา Properties → ตั้ง Automatic
5. ตรวจสอบใน msconfig.exe → Restart

วิธีที่ 6: ปิด Exclusive Mode

1. คลิกขวา Volume icon → Playback devices
2. คลิกขวา Speakers → Properties → แท็บ Advanced
3. ยกเลิกติ๊กภายใต้ Exclusive Mode: Allow applications to take exclusive control, Give exclusive mode applications priority
4. Apply → OK → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 7: Reinstall Sound Card Driver

1. Win + R → devmgmt.msc Enter
2. ขยาย Sound, video and game controllers → คลิกขวา Audio Device → Uninstall
3. ติ๊ก Delete the driver software for this device → OK
4. รีบูท Windows จะติดตั้ง Default driver ใหม่

วิธีที่ 8: อัปเดต Sound Card Driver

1. Device Manager → ขยาย Sound controllers → คลิกขวา Audio Device → Update Driver
2. Search automatically → รีบูท
3. ถ้าไม่ได้: Browse my computer → Let me pick from list → เลือก Driver ล่าสุด → Next → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 9: Add Legacy Hardware สำหรับ Sound Card เก่า

1. Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers → Action → Add legacy hardware
2. Next → Search automatically → Next
3. ถ้าไม่เจอ: Next → เลือก Sound, video and game controllers → Next
4. เลือก Manufacturer และ Model → Next → Finish → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 10: Uninstall Realtek High Definition Audio Driver

1. Control Panel → Uninstall a Program
2. หา Realtek High Definition Audio Driver → Uninstall
3. Restart → Device Manager → Action → Scan for hardware changes
4. ระบบจะติดตั้ง Realtek ใหม่อัตโนมัติ
