ดูหนัง/วิดีโอแล้วเสียงไม่ตรงภาพ? ลอง 4 วิธีนี้
1. ปิด Exclusive Mode (ช่วยหลายคน)
- ค้นหา adjust the volume > Sound settings
- Device properties > Additional device properties
- แท็บ Advanced > ยกติ๊กทั้ง 2 อยู่ใต้ Exclusive Mode
- Apply > OK
2. ตรวจสอบ/อัปเดต Audio Driver
ทำเอง: Win+X > Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > คลิกขวาอุปกรณ์ > Properties > Driver > Update Driver (หรือ Disable/Enable ดู) — ถ้าผิด Roll Back Driver
ใช้โปรแกรม (แนะนำ): Advanced Driver Updater — Scan หาไดรเวอร์เก่า > Update ทั้งหมดคลิกเดียว มี Backup/Restore
3. รัน Audio Troubleshooter
- Win+I > Update & Security > Troubleshoot
- Playing Audio > Run the troubleshooter
อาจแก้ได้ หรือบอกสาเหตุแน่นอน
4. ปิด Enhancements ทั้งหมด
- Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound
- คลิกขวาอุปกรณ์เสียง (เช่น Conexant SmartAudioHD) > Properties
- แท็บ Enhancements > ติ๊ก Disable all sound effects
- Apply > OK
ลองทีละขั้นตอน วิธีไหนได้ก็หยุด ส่วนใหญ่แก้ได้จากวิธี 1 หรือ 4 ครับ
