แก้ Mouse Lag/Freeze Windows 10: 10 วิธีที่มีผลจริง

เมาส์กระตุก/ค้าง/เลื่อนไม่สม่ำเสมอหลังอัปเดต Windows 10 มักมาจาก ไดรเวอร์เมาส์/การ์ดจอ บ้อน/เก่า/ไม่เข้ากัน ลองตรวจสอบเบื้องต้นก่อน:

• ถอด USB อื่นๆ ออก (Flash drive, Printer) → Restart → ทดสอบ
• เสียบเมาส์ตรงพอร์ต USB (อย่าใช้ Hub)
• ถอดเมาส์ USB เมื่อใช้ Touchpad
• ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราวทดสอบ
• เปลี่ยนพอร์ต USB / ลองเมาส์ตัวอื่น / ลองต่อคอมพิวเตอร์อื่น

10 วิธีแก้ Mouse Lag/Freeze บน Windows 10

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม

1. ติดตั้งไดรเวอร์เมาส์ใหม่ (Reinstall)

1. Win + R → control → Device Manager
2. Mice and other pointing devices → คลิกขวาเมาส์ของคุณ → Uninstall device → Yes
3. Restart → Windows จะติดตั้งไดรเวอร์เริ่มต้นอัตโนมัติ

2. อัปเดตไดรเวอร์การ์ดจอ (Graphics Driver)

ไดรเวอร์ VGA บ้อนเป็นสาเหตุหลักของ Mouse Lag → อัปเดตตามคู่มืออัปเดตกราฟิกไดรเวอร์ (Device Manager หรือเว็บ NVIDIA/AMD/Intel)

3. เปิด/ปิด "Scroll inactive windows"

1. Settings (Win+I) → Devices → Mouse
2. หา Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them → สลับ On/Off หลายครั้ง → Restart

4. จบ Process Realtek Audio

1. Ctrl + Shift + Esc (Task Manager)
2. หา Realtekaudio.exe / Realtek HD Audio Manager → End task
3. แท็บ Startup → Disable Realtek HD Audio Manager → Restart

5. เปลี่ยนไดรเวอร์เมาส์เป็น Generic PS/2 Mouse

1. Device Manager (Win+X) → Mice and other pointing devices
2. คลิกขวาเมาส์ → Properties → Driver tab → Update Driver
3. Browse my computer → Let me pick → เลือก PS/2 Compatible Mouse → Next → Restart

6. ปิด Cortana

Cortana บางครั้งรบกวนไดรเวอร์ → Settings → Cortana → ปิดทุกอย่าง หรือใช้ Group Policy/Registry ปิดสนิท (ค้นหา "Disable Cortana Windows 10")

7. Rollback Mouse Driver (ย้อนกลับเวอร์ชันก่อนหน้า)

1. Device Manager → Mice and other pointing devices → คลิกขวาเมาส์ → Properties
2. แท็บ Driver → Roll Back Driver → เลือกเหตุผล → Yes → Restart

8. ปิด Fast Startup

Control Panel → Power Options → Choose what power buttons do → Change settings currently unavailable → ยกเลิกติ๊ก Turn on fast startup → Save changes → Restart

9. ปรับ USB Power Management

1. Device Manager → Universal Serial Bus controllers
2. คลิกขวา USB Root Hub ทุกตัว → Properties → Power Management
3. ยกเลิกติ๊ก "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" → OK
4. ทำทุก Root Hub/Controller → Restart

10. ตั้ง Filter Activation Time = 0 (สำหรับ Touchpad/ClickPad)

1. Settings → Devices → Mouse & Touchpad → Additional mouse options
2. แท็บ ClickPad → Settings → Advanced → ลาก Filter Activation Time slider ไปที่ 0
3. OK → Restart

วิธีที่ 1, 2, 8, 9 แก้ได้ส่วนใหญ่ หากเป็นเมาส์ Bluetooth ให้ลอง Remove device → Pair ใหม่ครับ
