Windows 10 ตรวจจับ/จดจำ iPhone ไม่ได้ หรือไม่เห็นเนื้อหา iPhone ในคอมพิวเตอร์? ผู้ใช้หลายรายรายงาน "Windows Does Not Recognize the iPhone" เสียบเข้า iTunes เปิดอัตโนมัติ Sync ตามปกติ แต่ Windows ไม่ถามว่าจะทำอะไรกับ iPhone, iPhone ไม่อยู่ใน "Portable Devices" ใน Device Manager, Phone Companion หรือ Photos App ไม่เห็น iPhone เชื่อมต่อแล้ว นี่คือโซลูชันต่างๆ แก้ iTunes Doesn't Recognize iPhone on Windows 10
Fix iPhone Not Recognized by Windows 10
1. เริ่มจากพื้นฐาน: ถอด Device (iPhone) → Unlock → เสียบใหม่ กล่าวคือ เสียบ USB Cable ตอน Phone On และ Unlocked → เช็คว่าทำงานได้
ปิด Security Lock ชั่วคราว อาจช่วยแก้ iPhone Not Showing Up on Windows: Settings → Touch ID & Passcode → Turn Passcode Off → Disable Security Lock
2. ลอง USB Port อื่นบน Computer: เนื่องจาก Computer ไม่จดจำ iPhone ลองเสียบ Port อื่น
3. เมื่อ iOS Device เสียบ Computer จะมี Prompt "Trust This Computer?" ควรคลิก "Trust" เสมอ ตัวเลือกเหมาะสมที่สุดแก้ปัญหาในกรณีส่วนใหญ่
4. Start → พิมพ์ services.msc → Enter บน Windows Services ให้แน่ใจ Services ต่อไปนี้ Start Automatically และ Started:
- iPod Service
- Apple Mobile Device Service
- Bonjour Service
5. เสียบ iPhone เข้า Windows 10 → คลิกขวา Start → Control Panel → Autoplay → ติ๊ก "Use Autoplay for all media and devices" → ค้นหา iPhone Device → เลือก "Ask me every time" จาก Dropdown
6. ตรวจสอบ Device Updated Windows Updates ล่าสุด หรือ Check/Install Updates: Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update
7. หากใช้ iTunes เก่า อาจก่อให้ iPhone Not Recognized แนะนำ Update หรือ Reinstall iTunes เวอร์ชันล่าสุด
หากติดตั้ง iTunes จาก Windows 10 Store: เปิด Microsoft Store → (...) → Downloads and Updates → หา Update → Install
หรือ Uninstall App → Restart Windows → Fresh Install จาก Windows Store
8. Windows 10 มี Built-in Hardware Troubleshooter ตรวจสอบ Hardware ที่เชื่อมต่ออัตโนมัติ ให้รัน Hardware and Device Troubleshooter หาปัญหา:
- Win → Start Menu
- พิมพ์ Troubleshooting → Enter
- Select Hardware and Device
- Run Hardware and Device Troubleshooter
- ให้ Windows Check/Detect ปัญหา Hardware Device
- Restart Windows → ตรวจสอบ
9. Update Apple Mobile Device USB Driver: เสียบ iPhone เข้า PC
คลิกขวา Start → Device Manager → ขยาย Universal Serial Bus Controllers
ใต้ USB Controllers จะเห็น Apple Mobile Device USB Driver Double-click → Properties
แท็บ Driver → Uninstall Driver
ถอด iPhone → เสียบใหม่ (Windows 10 จะ Search/Download Driver ใหม่) → เสียบ iPhone → Tap Trust This Computer → ได้ผลไหม?
Note: หากเห็น Yellow Exclamation Mark ที่ Apple Mobile Device USB Driver ให้ปิด iTunes (ถ้ารันอยู่) → Device Manager → ขยาย USB Controllers → คลิกขวา Apple Mobile Device USB Driver → Update Driver → Browse my Computer for Driver Software → Locate Mobile Device Driver บน C:\ → ตาม指示 Install
Restart Windows → Reconnect iPhone → แจ้งผลได้ไหม? หาก iTunes ยังจดจำ iPhone ไม่ได้ ใช้ iPhone Manager นี้เป็น Alternative ของ iTunes โอน Photos, Music, Videos, Apps ระหว่าง iOS Devices และ PC
