- กด Windows + I เปิด Settings
- คลิก Update & Security แล้ว Troubleshoot ด้านซ้าย
- เลือก Windows Update แล้ว Run the Troubleshooter
- Troubleshooter จะรันและพยายามระบุปัญหาที่ป้องกันคอมพิวเตอร์ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้ง Windows Updates
- Restart Windows หลัง Troubleshooting เสร็จ

Reset Windows Update Cache
หาก Windows Update Troubleshooter แก้ไม่ได้ ยังคง Windows 10 Checking for Updates ตลอดเวลา ให้ลอง Reset Windows Update Cache ซึ่งจะลบไฟล์ Windows Update เก่า และดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ Update ใหม่จาก Microsoft Server ตอน Check for Updates ครั้งต่อไป
หยุด Windows 10 Update Service:

- คลิก Update & Security แล้ว Windows Update
- คลิก Check for Updates Button
ครั้งนี้คุณจะสามารถดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้ง Windows 10 System Update ได้ราบรื่นโดยไม่ค้าง
ซ่อมแซมไฟล์ระบบ Windows ที่เสียหาย
หาก Windows System Files เสียหาย/หายไป อาจเจอปัญหา Windows Update ค้างดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้ง รัน Windows System File Checker Utility สแกนและกู้คืนไฟล์เสียหายด้วยไฟล์ที่ถูกต้อง
วิธีรัน System File Checker Utility:
พิมพ์ cmd ใน Start Menu Search จากผลลัพธ์ คลิกขวา Command Prompt เลือก Run as Administrator พิมพ์คำสั่ง sfc /scannow กด Enter รันคำสั่ง
จะเริ่มสแกนไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย/หายไป หาพบ SFC จะกู้คืนอัตโนมัติจากโฟลเดอร์บีบอัดที่ %WinDir%\System32\dllcache
รอจนสแกนเสร็จ 100% Restart Windows เปิด Windows Settings -> Update & Security -> Check for Updates
