Windows 10 Version 21H2 ติดตั้งไม่สำเร็จ

โดยรวม Update นี้เล็กและเร็ว แต่บางรายเจอ Feature Update Windows 10 Version 21H2 Failed to Install หรือ Stuck Downloading User รายงาน Error 0x800f0984

สาเหตุ: Security Software, Internet ปัญหา, ไฟล์ระบบเสีย, บั๊กอัปเดตก่อนหน้า วิธีแก้: รัน Update Troubleshooter, Reset Update Cache, ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบด้วย SFC

Restart คอมพิวเตอร์และลองอัปเดตใหม่

ครั้งแรกเจอ ให้ Reboot ก่อน จะเคลียร์ Glitch/Bug เล็กน้อย Refresh ไฟล์ระบบ

ตรวจสอบ System Requirements

ติดตั้งบนเครื่องเก่า? ตรวจสอบ Minimum Requirements:

  • Processor: 1GHz+ หรือ SoC
  • RAM: 1GB (32-bit) / 2GB (64-bit)
  • Disk: 32GB (Clean Install)
  • Graphics: DirectX 9+ WDDM 1.0
  • Display: 800×600

ตรวจสอบพื้นที่ว่างเพียงพอ

สำคัญที่สุด: ต้องมีพื้นที่ว่างพอ 2004+ = Enablement Package (เล็ก) แต่ 1909/1903 = Full Package (ใหญ่) ต้องการอย่างน้อย 30GB Free Space

  • This PC → C: Drive เช็ค Free Space
  • Disk Cleanup หรือย้ายไฟล์จาก Desktop/Downloads ไป Drive อื่น

ตั้งค่า Time และ Region ให้ถูกต้อง

Time Zone ผิด → Windows Update Fail

  • คลิกขวา Date/Time Taskbar → Adjust Date/Time
  • Set Time Automatically = On, Set Time Zone Automatically = On

Perform Clean Boot
