เริ่มจาก Basic: Restart PC → Try Check Updates อีกครั้ง อาจสำเร็จถ้า Temporary Glitch ป้องกัน Download/Install
เช็ค Stable Internet Connection สำหรับ Download Windows Updates จาก Microsoft Server
ปิด Firewall ชั่วคราว Disconnect VPN (ถ้ามี)
สำคัญที่สุด: เช็ค Free Disk Space บน System Drive (ปกติ C:) สำหรับ Download/Temp Save Windows Update Files ก่อน Install Note: Install Windows 10 Feature Updates ต้อง Free Space ขั้นต่ำ 16 GB บน System Drive
ถอด External Storage Devices, Drives, Docks, Hardware อื่นที่เสียบ แต่ไม่จำเป็น Basic Functionality → ลอง Run Updates อีกครั้ง ดู Resolved ไหม
วิธีที่แก้ได้สำหรับผม!
- Taskbar Search พิมพ์ cmd
- Right-click Command Prompt → Run as Administrator (Yes UAC Prompt)
- Administrator Command Prompt พิมพ์: SC config trustedinstaller start=auto Enter
- Restart PC → Check for Updates
Windows Update Troubleshooter
เจอ Issues Windows 10 Updates Not Downloading/Stuck Checking for Updates ควร Run Windows Update Troubleshooter จาก Microsoft ก่อน:
- Right-click Start → Settings
- Update & Security → Troubleshoot (ซ้าย)
- Right Pane → Windows Update
- Run the Troubleshooter Button เริ่ม Diagnosis
Troubleshooter จะ Identify Problems ป้องกัน Download/Install Windows Updates Clear Windows Update Temp Files, Clear SoftwareDistribution Folder, Check Windows Update/Services Status, Repair/Reset Windows Update Components, Check Pending Updates และอื่นๆ เสร็จ Troubleshooting Restart PC Check Updates อีกครั้ง
Reset Windows Update Related Components
Troubleshooter ไม่ได้ → เริ่มต้นดีคือ Clear Old Update Files บางไฟล์ใน Directory นี้ Corrupt ก่อปัญหา Clear Folder ที่เก็บ Update Files ทั้งหมด บังคับ Windows Update ดาวน์โหลด Fresh Files น่าจะเป็น Working Solution
- Windows + R services.msc OK
- Windows Services Console Scroll หา Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
- Right-click Stop ทำเดียวกับ Windows Update Service
ไป Location: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
- Delete ทุกอย่างใน Folder (อย่าลบ Folder เอง)
- Ctrl+A Select All → Delete Remove Files
- Services อีกครั้ง Restart Services (Windows Update, BITS) ที่หยุดไว้
แล้วลอง Download Updates Manual เช็คแก้ไขได้ไหม
Switch ไป Google Public DNS
User บางคน Switch Public DNS ช่วยแก้ Windows Update Problems Windows 10 Default DNS อาจมี Issues ป้องกัน Windows Update ลอง Switch Public DNS:
- Windows + R ncpa.cpl OK
- Network Connections Window
- Right-click Network Connection → Properties
- Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) → Properties
- Radio "Use the following DNS server addresses" → Preferred: 8.8.8.8 Alternate: 8.8.4.4
- OK Save → Check Updates อีกครั้ง
รัน DISM Command
