แก้ปัญหา Windows Installer บน Windows 10 – วิธีแก้ไขที่รวดเร็วและน่าเชื่อถือ

Windows Installer เป็น Core Service ของ Microsoft Windows ที่จัดการการติดตั้ง/ถอนการติดตั้ง ทุกอย่างในระบบ รวมถึง Apps, Features และอื่นๆ หาก Service นี้เสียหายหรือหยุดทำงาน คุณจะติดขัดกับการติดตั้งใหม่และอัปเกรดแอป ตอนติดตั้ง/ถอนโปรแกรมอาจเจอ Error: "Windows Installer Service could not be accessed", "There's a problem with this Windows Installer Package", "Installation Package could not be opened" และอื่นๆ

Windows Installer ไม่ทำงาน Windows 10

ลบเวอร์ชันเก่าของซอฟต์แวร์

ถ้าเจอ Error 1719 Windows Installer could not be accessed ตอนติดตั้งโปรแกรมใหม่ เช็คดูว่ามีเวอร์ชันเก่าอยู่ในเครื่องไหม เพราะเวอร์ชันเก่าบ่อยครั้งก่อให้เกิดปัญหา

  • Windows + R พิมพ์ appwiz.cpl OK → Programs and Features
  • หาโปรแกรมที่จะลบ คลิกขวา Uninstall
  • ทำตามหน้าจอจบการ Uninstall → Reboot
  • ลองติดตั้งใหม่ดู Error 1719 หายไหม

เริ่ม Microsoft Installer Service

ถ้า Windows Installer Service หยุดทำงานหรือไม่ได้เริ่มต้น อาจเจอ Error ขณะติดตั้ง/ถอนโปรแกรม ต้องเริ่ม Service เอง

ผ่าน Command Prompt:

  • ค้นหา cmd → Command Prompt → Run as Administrator
  • พิมพ์ net start MSIServer Enter

ผ่าน Services Console:

  • Windows + R พิมพ์ services.msc OK
  • หา Windows Installer เช็ค State
  • ไม่ได้รัน → คลิกขวา Start
  • รันอยู่แล้ว → คลิกขวา Restart

Re-register Microsoft Installer Service

ยังเจอ Error "Windows Installer Service could not be accessed" ลอง Re-register Service:

Command Prompt as Admin รันคำสั่งทีละอัน Enter:

%windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister
%windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver
%windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister
%windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver

Exit Command Prompt → Restart PC

Reinstall Windows Installer

ยังไม่แก้ไข ลอง Reinstall Windows Installer:

  • cmd Run as Administrator
  • รันคำสั่งทีละอัน Enter:

cd %windir%\system32
ren msi.dll msi.old
ren msiexec.exe msiexec.old
ren msihnd.dll msihnd.old

  • Exit → Reboot
  • ไปเว็บ Microsoft Official ดาวน์โหลด Windows Installer ล่าสุด
  • Double-click ติดตั้ง Follow วิซาร์ด → Reboot
  • ลองติดตั้งโปรแกรมที่ต้องการ เช็คว่าแก้ไขได้ไหม
