Error นี้มักเกิดหลัง Windows 10 21H2 Upgrade ล่าสุด หรือหลัง Perform System Restore สาเหตุน่าจะเป็น Corruption ของ System Files ถ้าอะไรก็ตามทำลาย System Files ของคอมพิวเตอร์ อาจเจอ "Operating system not found" ตอน Boot กำลังเผชิญปัญหา นี่คือวิธีแก้ Operating System Wasn't Found หลัง Restart หรือ System Upgrade
An Operating System Wasn't Found
ก่อนอื่น ถอดอุปกรณ์ภายนอกทั้งหมด (Printers, Scanners, External HDD) Restart Windows เช็ค Start ปกติไหม
ตั้งค่า Hard Disk เป็น First Boot Device
Error นี้มักเกิดเมื่อ BIOS หา Hard Drive ไม่เจอ เช็ค BIOS Settings อาจช่วยได้
เช็ค BIOS Settings:
- Restart Computer
- กด F2 เข้า BIOS Menu
- เช็ค BIOS Main Screen Detect Hard Drive ไหม
- เช็ค Boot Order ถูกต้องไหม
- Verify Hard Drive เป็น First Boot Device
ถ้า Hard Drive Detect ไม่ได้ → เปลี่ยน Data Cables หรือ Reset BIOS เป็น Default Values
Reset BIOS Settings:
- เข้า BIOS ตามข้างบน
- หา "Reset to Default Option"
- Choose Reset → Confirm "Yes"
- Exit → Exit Saving Changes
Windows Startup Repair
Windows Startup Repair อาจ Recover Boot Process Errors บางケース เข้า Startup Repair จาก Advanced Options ต้องใช้ Windows Installation Media (เพราะ Windows Boot ไม่ได้) ไม่มี → สร้าง Windows 10 Bootable USB
- มี Windows 10 Installation Media/USB พร้อม
- เสียบ Boot Media Boot จากนั้น
- Setup Screen เลือก Language, Time-Currency, Keyboard → Next
- Next Screen Select Repair Your Computer
Restart Windows ต่อไป Click Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Startup Repair

ซ่อม Corrupted Boot Files
Startup Repair ไม่ได้ → Configure และ Repair Boot Files:
- Boot จาก Windows 10 Installation Media อีกครั้ง
- Windows Setup Screen กด SHIFT + F10 → Command Prompt
เช็ค Disk เป็น GPT หรือ MBR:
Command Prompt พิมพ์ diskpart Enter
list disk Enter หา Disk GPT หรือ MBR
ดู Column GPT มี Asterisk (*) ไหม
- มี * = GPT Partition Table
- ไม่มี * = MBR Partition Table
Type Exit Enter
มี 2 วิธีสำหรับ Partition ต่างกัน
Fix Boot Files บน MBR Partition Table
Note: GPT Partition ข้ามข้อนี้ไปขั้นถัดไป
หา Drive Letter ที่ Windows ติดอยู่: list volume Enter ดู Drive Letter ที่เป็น Boot
เจอ Drive ที่มี Windows Folder (เช่น C:) รัน Command สร้าง Boot Files บน Drive นั้น Enter:
bcdboot C:\Windows /S C:
* Note: Windows อยู่ Drive อื่น เปลี่ยน Letter C เป็น Drive Letter นั้น
- Command อีกครั้ง diskpart Enter
- list disk Enter
- select disk 0
- Commands ต่อไปทีละอัน:
- list volume
- select volume 3 (Volume ที่มี Windows OS)
- active
Type exit ปิด DISKPART ถอด Installation Media Reboot Computer
Fix Boot Files บน GPT Partition Table
GPT Partition Table Follow ข้างล่าง:
diskpart Enter → Commands:
list disk
select disk 0 (Select Disk Number)
list partition Enter
หา Partition Labeled "System"
Select System Partition: select partition X (X = Partition Number Labeled System เช่น 4)
Assign Drive Letter (เช่น H) ให้ System Partition: assign letter=H: Enter
* Note: H ใช้แล้ว → Next Alphabet Letter
Exit Enter ปิด DISKPART
Commands ต่อไปทีละอัน:
cd /d H:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\
ren BCD BCD.bak
bcdboot C:\Windows /l en-us /s m: /f UEFI
Note: เปลี่ยน Letter H ถ้า Assign Drive Letter ต่างไป
เสร็จ ถอด Installation Media ปิด Windows ทั้งหมด Reboot Computer เช็คแก้ไขได้ไหม
ถ้าวิธีข้างต้นล้มเหลวทั้งหมด → Windows Clean Installation
