แก้ uTorrent ไม่ตอบสนอง/เปิดไม่ได้บน Windows 10 – วิธีแก้ทีละขั้นตอน

เปิดไฟล์ Torrent บน Windows ต้องใช้ Torrent Client เช่น BitTorrent หรือ uTorrent (ดาวน์โหลด 150 ล้าน+ 68% Market Share) แต่บางครั้งเจอ uTorrent not responding, uTorrent keeps crashing หรือ uTorrent not opening โดยเฉพาะตอนดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ใหญ่

สาเหตุหลัก: Firewall ระบบ, ไวรัส/มัลแวร์ (พบบ่อยสุด), Antivirus ตัวที่สาม (เช่น Avast ปิด P2P Shield), เวอร์ชันเก่า/ไม่เข้ากัน วิธีแก้ดังนี้:

วิธีที่ทำงานได้ (จากประสบการณ์)

ถ้า uTorrent เปิดไม่ได้ หรือโชว์ "uTorrent is already running, but not responding":

  • Ctrl + Shift + Esc → Task Manager → Processes → หา uTorrent → คลิกขวา → End Task
  • Win + R → %appdata% → OK
  • หาโฟลเดอร์ uTorrent → เปิด → เข้าโฟลเดอร์ updates → ลบไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ทั้งหมดภายใน

ลองเปิด uTorrent ใหม่ → แก้ปัญหาหรือยัง? ถ้ายัง ทำต่อไปนี้:

1. สแกนไวรัส/มัลแวร์ (สำคัญมาก)

  • Start → "Windows Security" → เลือกตัวแรก
  • Virus & Threat Protection → Scan Options → Full Scan → Scan Now

2. เช็ค Compatibility Issue

ถ้าปัญหาเริ่มหลังอัปเกรด Win10 → อาจเป็น Compatibility Issue

  • End uTorrent Task → คลิกขวา Shortcut uTorrent บน Desktop → Troubleshoot Compatibility
  • Wizard จะขึ้น → เลือก "Troubleshoot program" → ติ๊กปัญหาที่เจอ → Next → ตามขั้นตอน

3. ติดตั้ง uTorrent ใหม่ (Reinstall)

Uninstall:

  • คลิกขวา Start → Apps and Features
  • หา uTorrent → Uninstall → Uninstall ใน Wizard → รอเสร็จ → รีสตาร์ท

Install ใหม่:

  • ไปที่ https://www.utorrent.com/downloads/win
  • ดาวน์โหลด uTorrent Classic → รัน Setup → ติดตั้งตามขั้นตอน
  • เปิด App → เพิ่ม Torrent File ทดสอบ

4. อนุญาต uTorrent ผ่าน Windows Firewall

  • Start → "Windows Defender Firewall" → Allow an app through firewall
  • Change Settings → หา uTorrent → ติ๊ก Public และ Private

ปิด Proxy: Win+R → inetcpl.cpl → Connections → LAN Settings → Uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN"

5. ลอง uTorrent Alternatives

ถ้ายังไม่ได้ ลอง: qBittorrent, Deluge, Tixati หรือ Cloud Torrent Services: Offcloud, Bitport, Zbigz
