สาเหตุหลักมาจาก Windows Update Service, โฟลเดอร์เก็บอัปเดต และระบบ Windows เอง

วิธีที่ 1: รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

ใช้เครื่องมือแก้ปัญหาในตัว Windows 10

1. ไป Start > Settings > Update & Security
2. ที่ Troubleshoot หา Windows Update คลิก Run the troubleshooter

Troubleshooter อาจหาสาเหตุและแก้ไขให้อัตโนมัติ

วิธีที่ 2: Restart Windows Update Service

1. กด Windows + R พิมพ์ services.msc กด Enter
2. ใน Services หา Windows Update คลิกขวา Restart (หรือ Stop แล้ว Start ใหม่)

3. รีบูท Windows 10
