ข้อผิดพลาด "One or more network protocols are missing on this computer"
Windows Network Troubleshooter แจ้งข้อความนี้เมื่อพบว่า Network Protocols (TCP/IP, IPv6, QoS ฯลฯ) หายไปหรือเสียหาย ทำให้อินเทอร์เน็ตใช้ไม่ได้ (Limited/No Internet) แม้เชื่อมต่อ Wi-Fi/LAN แล้ว
Network Protocol คืออะไร
ชุดกฎและมาตรฐานที่กำหนดการสื่อสารระหว่างอุปกรณ์ในเครือข่าย เช่น TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP หาก Protocol หายไป Windows จะส่ง/รับข้อมูลไม่ได้
8 วิธีแก้ Missing Network Protocols
วิธี 1: ตรวจสอบ Hardware (Router/Switch/Cable)
- ปิด Router/Modem > ถอดสาย LAN > รอ 1-2 นาที
- เสียบสายคืน > เปิด Router/Modem
- ทดสอบอินเทอร์เน็ตอีกครั้ง
วิธี 2: รัน SFC (System File Checker) ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบ
- ค้นหา cmd > คลิกขวา Run as administrator
- พิมพ์
sfc /scannow> Enter - รอเสร็จ > รีสตาร์ท
วิธี 3: Reinstall TCP/IP Protocol
- Win+R > พิมพ์
ncpa.cpl> Enter - คลิกขวา Adapter ที่ใช้งาน (Ethernet/Wi-Fi) > Properties
- คลิก Install > Protocol > Add
- เลือก Reliable Multicast Protocol (หรือ Protocol อื่นที่มี) > OK
วิธี 4: อัปเดต/ติดตั้งใหม่ Network Adapter Driver
- Win+X > Device Manager > Network adapters
- คลิกขวา Adapter > Uninstall device > ติ๊ก Delete driver > Uninstall
- ใช้ Driver Booster Scan > Update Network Adapters
- หรือไป Tools > Fix Network Failure
วิธี 5: ปิด IPv6 และตั้งค่า IPv4 ให้ Auto
- ncpa.cpl > Properties Adapter
- ยกเลิกติ๊ก Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
- คลิก Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties
- เลือก Obtain an IP address automatically & Obtain DNS server address automatically > OK
วิธี 6: Reset Winsock Catalog
- CMD (Admin) > พิมพ์
netsh winsock reset> Enter - รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์
วิธี 7: Reset IP Configuration (Registry + Netsh)
- Win+R >
regedit> Enter - ไป:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Nsi\{eb004a00-9b1a-11d4-9123-0050047759bc}\26 - คลิกขวาโฟลเดอร์ 26 > Permissions > Everyone > Full Control Allow > OK
- ปิด Regedit > CMD (Admin) >
netsh int ip reset> Enter - รีสตาร์ท
วิธี 8: ปิด/ลบ Antivirus/Security Software
บางตัว Antivirus (Avast, Kaspersky, Bitdefender ฯลฯ) บล็อก Network Protocol ลองปิดชั่วคราวหรือ Uninstall ทดสอบ หากหาย ให้เปลี่ยน Antivirus ตัวอื่น
