วิธีแก้ Network Discovery ไม่ทำงานบน Windows 10

Network Discovery เป็นเครื่องมือเครือข่าย ตั้งค่าการสื่อสารระหว่างอุปกรณ์ในเครือข่ายเดียวกัน แชร์ไฟล์/พринเตอร์ง่าย แต่ผู้ใช้รายงานเจอปัญหา Network Discovery แบบสุ่ม หรือหลังอัปเดตใหญ่

วิธีแก้ Network Discovery ไม่ทำงานบน Windows 10

สาเหตุ Network Discovery หยุดทำงาน Windows 10

หลายสาเหตุ แต่ละข้อเกี่ยวกับวิธีแก้ ตรวจสอบ:

  • Service สำคัญไม่รัน: Network Discovery ขึ้นอยู่กับ Service ตัวเหล่านี้ ต้องรันอัตโนมัติ
  • SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support ปิด: แม้มาตรฐานเก่า แต่เปิดแล้วแก้ได้
  • Windows Defender Firewall บล็อก Network Discovery: ต้อง Allow ผ่าน Firewall

ปัญหาเกิดจากหลายอย่าง มีวิธีแก้จากผู้ใช้ รวมไว้ในบทความ ลองตามขั้นตอน

วิธีที่ 1: ตรวจสอบ Service ให้รันอัตโนมัติ

Network Discovery ต้องการ Service หลายตัว Windows Update หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงอาจปิด Service ให้ตั้ง Auto ให้ทั้งหมด

  1. เปิด Run (Windows+R) พิมพ์ services.msc OK เปิด Services หรือเปิด Control Panel > View by: Large Icons > Administrative Tools > Servicesวิธีแก้ Network Discovery ไม่ทำงานบน Windows 10
  1. Control Panel > View by: Large Icons > Administrative Tools > Servicesวิธีแก้ Network Discovery ไม่ทำงานบน Windows 10
  1. หา Service: DNS Client, Function Discovery Resource Publication, SSDP Discovery, UPnP Device Host คลิกขวา Properties
  2. หาก Started ให้ Stop ก่อน หยุดไว้ก่อน
  3. ตั้ง Startup type = Automatic ยืนยันทุก Dialog กด Start ทำซ้ำทุก Service
วิธีแก้ Network Discovery ไม่ทำงานบน Windows 10

อาจเจอ Error:

"Windows could not start the service on Local Computer. Error 1079: The account specified for this service differs from the account specified for other services running in the same process."

แก้:

  1. เปิด Properties Service แท็บ Log On กด Browse…วิธีแก้ Network Discovery ไม่ทำงานบน Windows 10
  2. ใส่ชื่อ Account ของคุณ Check Names รอ
  3. OK ใส่ Password ถ้ามี จะ Start ได้

วิธีที่ 2: เปิด SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support

Windows 10 Update ใหม่ปิด SMB ทำให้ File Sharing ไม่ได้ เปิดง่ายใน Windows Features

  1. Start > Control Panel หรือ Windows+R พิมพ์ control.exe
  2. View by: Category > Uninstall a programวิธีแก้ Network Discovery ไม่ทำงานบน Windows 10
  3. ซ้าย: Turn Windows features on or off เลื่อนหา SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support
  4. ติ๊ก Enable กด OK รีบูท

  1. เช็ค Network Discovery อีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 3: เปิด Network Discovery ผ่าน Command Prompt

ใช้ Windows Defender Firewall ต้อง Allow Network Discovery Firewall อาจ Reset ระหว่าง Update แก้ด้วย CMD ง่าย

  1. ค้น Command Prompt คลิกขวา Run as administrator หรือ Windows+R พิมพ์ cmd Ctrl+Shift+Enterวิธีแก้ Network Discovery ไม่ทำงานบน Windows 10
  1. พิมพ์คำสั่ง กด Enter ทีละบรรทัด รอ “Operation completed successfully”
netsh advfirewall firewall set rule group="Network Discovery" new enable=Yes
  1. Reset Connection เช็ค Error

หายัง Error รันเพิ่ม:

REG add “HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\dnscache” /v Start /t REG_DWORD /d 2 /f

วิธีที่ 4: Network Reset

Windows 10 Settings > Network & Internet > Network Reset ติดตั้ง Driver เน็ตใหม่ Reboot แก้ได้หลายคน

  1. Windows+I เปิด Settings หรือค้น Settings
  2. เข้า Network & Internetวิธีแก้ Network Discovery ไม่ทำงานบน Windows 10
  3. แท็บ Status เลื่อนหา Network reset กด ยืนยัน ตามคำสั่ง เช็คแก้ได้ไหม
