Paint 3D มาพร้อม Windows 10 แต่อีกมากมายเผชิญปัญหา: เปิดไม่ได้, นำเข้า/ส่งออกมีปัญหา เป็นปัญหา Sync และไฟล์เสียหาย บางคนเจอข้อความ "There's a problem with Paint 3D. Contact your system administrator about repairing or reinstalling it." หรือ Error 0x803F8001 "Paint 3D is not currently available in your account"
รีเซ็ตแอปพลิเคชัน
วิธีแรกคือ Reset แอป ล้างข้อมูลทั้งหมด รวมไฟล์ที่อาจเสียหาย/มีบั๊ก
- กด Windows Key พิมพ์ Settings Enter
- คลิก Apps
- ไปที่ Apps & features
- ค้นหา Paint 3D
- คลิกบล็อกแอป > Advanced options
- เลื่อนลง คลิก Reset แล้วคลิก Reset อีกครั้ง
- Restart อุปกรณ์
ติดตั้งแอปพลิเคชันใหม่
หาก Reset ไม่ได้ ให้ Uninstall แล้ว Install ใหม่:
- เปิด Windows PowerShell (Admin)
- รันคำสั่ง:
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.MSPaint | Remove-AppxPackage
- แอปจะถูกลบ
- ไปที่ Microsoft Store ติดตั้ง Paint 3D ใหม่
