แก้ไข: ASUS Keyboard Backlight ไม่ติด/ควบคุมไม่ได้ Windows 10

ASUS Keyboard Backlight ไม่ติด หรือปรับความสว่าง/สีไม่ได้ มักเกิดหลัง Update Windows 10 ใหม่ Driver/Module ของ ASUS ยังไม่ Update

สาเหตุ Backlight ไม่ทำงาน

• Driver ไม่ถูกต้อง/เก่า: ไม่มี Driver ล่าสุดสำหรับ Keyboard
• Hardware Sync Issue: Hardware ASUS ไม่ Sync กับ OS
• Installation File (hcontrol.exe) ไม่ได้รัน: จัดการ Hotkey Backlight
• Error State: Windows ค้าง → Power Cycle ช่วยได้

ก่อนเริ่ม: Login Admin, Internet On, Enable Fn Key ใน BIOS, เช็คสายไฟ

วิธีที่ 1: Power Cycle (Drain Static Charge)

1. Shutdown → ถอด Power Cable
2. ถอด Battery (Laptop) → กดปิด Power Button ค้าง 5-7 วินาที
3. รอ 2-3 นาที → เสียบกลับ → เปิดเครื่อง

วิธีที่ 2: Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

1. Win + R → control.exe → Enter
2. View by: Large Icons → Troubleshooting
3. ซ้าย: View all → Hardware and Devices → Next
4. รอ Scan → Apply Fix ถ้ามี → Restart

วิธีที่ 3: รัน hcontrol.exe ด้วยตนเอง

1. File Explorer ไป: C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ATK Package\ATK Hotkey
2. หา hcontrol.exe → Double-click รัน
3. ทดสอบ Fn Key Backlight

วิธีที่ 4: Reinstall Keyboard Driver (ATK Package) จากเว็บ ASUS

1. เข้า ASUS Download Center → ใส่ Model → เลือก OS
2. ดาวน์โหลด: ATK Hotfix, Smart Gesture, Touchpad/Keyboard
3. Run as Administrator ตามลำดับ ที่เว็บแนะนำ
4. Restart → ทดสอบ
