แก้ไข: Windows Media Player พบปัญหาขณะเล่นไฟล์

Windows Media Player (WMP) เป็นโปรแกรมเล่นสื่อมาตรฐานของ Windows รองรับหลายรูปแบบ แต่อาจเจอข้อผิดพลาด "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file" ป้องกันไม่ให้เปิดไฟล์ได้

วิธี 1: System Restore + เปิดตัวเลือกดึงข้อมูลจากอินเทอร์เน็ต

  1. เปิด System Restore (Search Create a restore point) → เปิด Protection บน System Drive → กำหนดพื้นที่สำรอง
  2. กด System Restore → Choose a different restore point → เลือกจุดก่อนปัญหา → รอกู้คืนเสร็จ
  3. เปิด WMP → Organize → Options → แท็บ Library
  4. ติ๊ก Retrieve additional information from the Internet → เลือก Only add missing information → OK

วิธี 2: ตรวจสอบโปรแกรมที่ติดตั้งใหม่

หลายกรณี โปรแกรมเกี่ยวกับเสียง/วิดีโอที่ติดตั้งใหม่ (เช่น IDT Audio, Sony PC Companion) ก่อให้เกิดข้อผิดพลาด

  1. Control Panel → Programs → Uninstall a program (หรือ Settings → Apps)
  2. เรียงตาม Installed On (วันติดตั้ง)
  3. ลอง Uninstall โปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวกับ Audio/Video ที่ติดตั้ง gầnวันปัญหาเกิด → Restart → ทดสอบ

วิธี 3: ปิด Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service

ช่วยแก้กรณีเล่นไฟล์ .wav บางประเภทไม่ได้ (แต่อาจสูญเสียฟีเจอร์ Network Sharing)

  1. Win + R → services.msc
  2. หา Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service → คลิกขวา Properties
  3. หาก Running ให้กด Stop
  4. ตั้งค่า Startup type = Disabled → OK

วิธี 4: แก้ไขสิทธิ์โฟลเดอร์ WMP + Re-enable Feature (ซับซ้อนแต่ได้ผล)

  1. ไป C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Media Player (หรือ Program Files บน 32-bit)
  2. คลิกขวาโฟลเดอร์ → Properties → Security → Advanced → Change Owner → ใส่ User Account ของคุณ → Apply → OK
  3. Control Panel → Programs → Turn Windows features on/off → Media Features → ยกเลิกติ๊ก Windows Media Player → OK → Restart
  4. หลังรีสตาร์ท กลับไปติ๊ก Enable WMP ใหม่ → OK → Restart อีกครั้ง
  5. หายังไม่ได้ กลับไปที่โฟลเดอร์ WMP → Properties → Security → Unlock ไฟล์ที่ถูก Lock ทั้งหมด

วิธี 5: ติดตั้ง Windows Update ล่าสุด

Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → Check for updates

วิธี 6: Reinitialize ไดรเวอร์เสียง (Realtek)

  1. Win + R → devmgmt.msc
  2. ขยาย Sound, video and game controllers → คลิกขวา Realtek → Disable device
  3. รอ 1 นาที → Enable device ใหม่ → ทดสอบ

วิธี 7: ติดตั้ง Windows Media Feature Pack

บาง Windows (เช่น N/KN Edition) ไม่มี Media Features ติดตั้งมาด้วย ให้ดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บ Microsoft ตาม Architecture (x64/x86) ติดตั้ง → Restart → ทดสอบ

วิธี 8: ติดตั้ง Codec Pack

หาเล่นรูปแบบเฉพาะไม่ได้ (เช่น MPEG) ให้ติดตั้ง Codec Pack เช่น K-Lite Codec Pack หรือ Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP)
