แก้ไข: "You need to fix your Microsoft Account for apps on your other devices..."

ข้อผิดพลาดนี้ขึ้นบน Windows 10 PC และ Windows Phone บอกว่าต้องแก้ไข Microsoft Account เพื่อให้แอปบนอุปกรณ์อื่นเปิดใช้งานได้ มีหลายวิธีแก้ ทั้งบน PC และ Phone

วิธี 1: Sign Out และ Sign In ใหม่ (บน PC)

บั๊กแปลกๆ: Sign Out แล้ว Sign In ด้วยรหัสผ่านเดิมไม่ได้ ต้องใช้ Microsoft Account Credentials (อีเมล/รหัสผ่าน Microsoft) แทน

  1. Start → Account icon → Sign out (หรือ Ctrl+Alt+Del → Sign out)
  2. ล็อกอินใหม่ด้วย Microsoft Account (อีเมล @outlook/@hotmail/@live) แทนรหัสผ่านท้องถิ่น

วิธี 2: ย้ายแอปกลับ Phone Storage (Windows Phone)

หากแอปอยู่ SD Card ให้ย้ายกลับ Phone Storage

  1. Settings → Storage → Phone → Apps+games
  2. เลือกแอปที่อัปเดตไม่ได้ → Move to phone storage → ทำซ้ำทุกแอป

วิธี 3: แก้ผ่าน Settings (PC/Phone)

หลังอัปเดตใหญ่ บัญชีอาจ Out-of-sync

  1. Settings → Accounts → Email & app accounts
  2. หาแอคเคาท์ที่มีปัญหา → กด Fix → ใส่ Credentials ใหม่

วิธี 4: Group Policy (ปิด Toast Notifications)

ปิดการแจ้งเตือน Toast ที่อาจเป็นต้นเหตุ

  1. Win + R → gpedit.msc
  2. User Configuration → Administrative Templates → Start Menu and Taskbar → Notifications
  3. Double-click Turn off toast notifications → Enabled → Apply/OK
  4. Restart

วิธี 5: อัปเดต Windows ให้ล่าสุด

Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → Check for updates (หรือ PowerShell Admin: wuauclt.exe /updatenow)
