แก้ไข: Explorer.exe ไม่เริ่มต้นเมื่อ Windows 10 เริ่มทำงาน

Explorer.exe อาจไม่ทำงานตอน Startup หากไฟล์ระบบสำคัญเสียหาย หรือไดรเวอร์ระบบเก่า

ปัญหามักเกิดหลัง Windows Update: บูทเข้า Windows แต่อยู่หน้าจอดำ (หรือเห็น Command Prompt) แต่สามารถเริ่ม Explorer ได้ด้วยตนเอง

ก่อนลองวิธีแก้ ให้เปิด Task Manager > File > Run New Task > พิมพ์ explorer.exe เพื่อใช้งานชั่วคราว

หากอยู่ใน Corporate/Domain Network ตรวจสอบ Group Policy/Startup Scripts ลองบูทด้วย Peripheral ขั้นต่ำ (ถอด Network, Speakers) หากดีขึ้น ให้เสียบทีละตัวหาตัวทำปัญหา สแกนมัลแวร์เช่นกัน

วิธี 1: ใช้คำสั่ง SFC และ DISM

1. รัน SFC Scan ใน Elevated Command Prompt
2. หาไม่ได้ ให้รัน DISM Commands

วิธี 2: ปิด Fast Startup และเปลี่ยนชื่อคอมพิวเตอร์

Fast Startup ทำให้ Shutdown ไม่สมบูรณ์ (Hybrid State) อาจทำลาย Startup Items ให้ปิด Fast Startup:

1. Win Key > พิมพ์ Power & Sleep Settings > เลือก
2. Additional Power Settings > Choose What the Power Buttons Do
3. Change Settings That Are Currently Unavailable > ยกเลิก Turn on Fast Startup
4. Save Changes > Reboot
5. ตรวจสอบ Explorer
6. หายังไม่ได้: Win Key > พิมพ์ PC Name > View PC Name
7. Rename this PC ใส่ชื่อใหม่
8. Next > Reboot > ตรวจสอบ

วิธี 3: แก้ไข Display Settings และ Update/Reinstall Drivers

ไดรเวอร์ Display/Video เสียหายอาจเป็นสาเหตุ ลองลบ Desktop Background ก่อน:

1. Run (Win+R) > control update
2. Check for Updates > Apply
3. Reboot > Run > devmgmt.msc
4. Update Device Drivers
5. หายังไม่ได้: Run > desk.cpl (Display Settings)
6. เปลี่ยน Display Resolution
7. หายังไม่ได้: ตั้ง Scale and Layout = 100%

หาแก้ได้ = ไดรเวอร์ Display/Video เสียหาย ให้ Reinstall:

1. Device Manager > Expand Display Adapters
2. คลิกขวา Display Adapter > Uninstall Device
3. ติ๊ก Delete the Driver Software for This Device > Uninstall
4. ทำซ้ำกับ Video Driver (Sound, Video, Game Controllers)
5. Reboot (Windows จะใช้ Default Driver) ตรวจสอบ
6. หายังไม่ได้: ติดตั้ง Latest Display/Video Driver จาก OEM Website

วิธี 4: ปิด App Readiness Service และเริ่ม Shell Infrastructure Host

System Services บางอย่าง (App Readiness) อาจขัดจังหวะ GUI:

1. Ctrl+Alt+Del (หรือ Ctrl+Shift+Esc) > Task Manager
2. แท็บ Services > Open Services
3. คลิกขวา App Readiness > Properties
4. Startup Type = Disabled > Apply/OK (อาจส่งผลต่อ Microsoft Store และ Windows Updates)
5. Reboot > ตรวจสอบ Explorer
6. หายังไม่ได้: Task Manager > Processes > End Task Shell Infrastructure Host (จะ Restart เอง)
7. หาไม่เจอ: Task Manager > File > Run New Task > พิมพ์ sihost.exe > OK
8. Reboot > ตรวจสอบ

วิธี 5: สร้าง User Account ใหม่

User Account เสียหาย อาจทำให้ Explorer ไม่ทำงาน ให้สร้าง Account ใหม่ (Admin) ล็อกเอาท์ เข้า Account ใหม่ ตรวจสอบ

หากดี และอยากใช้ Account เดิม: ตรวจสอบ Permissions/Groups ใน Local Users and Groups (Computer Management) คัดลอกจาก Account ที่ใช้ได้

วิธี 6: Clean Boot และ Uninstall แอปที่ขัดแย้ง

แอปที่ติดตั้งอาจขัดกับ Startup/Explorer.exe:

1. Clean Boot > ตรวจสอบ Explorer (หาไม่ได้ ลอง Safe Mode)
2. หาดีขึ้น: Enable Startup Items ทีละตัว หาตัวทำปัญหา (ดู Event Viewer) แล้ว Disable/Reinstall (อาจต้อง Safe Mode) แอปที่รายงานว่าทำปัญหา: OneDrive, UXStyle, 360 Extreme Browser, Trend Micro, Open Office Quickstarter, Dell SupportAssist, Symantec SEP, Classic Shell, AVG

ดู Disk Read/Write สูงสุดใน Task Manager ลอง Disable/Uninstall ตัวนั้น หายังไม่ได้ ลองเปลี่ยน UEFI/Legacy BIOS

วิธี 7: ใช้ Registry Editor

คำเตือน: เสี่ยงต่อระบบ/ข้อมูล หากทำผิด ต้องมีความเชี่ยวชาญ

Backup Registry ก่อน > Run > RegEdit > Ctrl+Shift+Enter (Admin) ลองแก้ไข Registry ต่อไปนี้:

ตั้งค่า Shell Key เป็น Explorer.exe

1. ไปที่: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
2. Double-click Shell ตั้งค่า Path: C:\Windows\explorer.exe (หาไม่มี สร้าง New > DWORD 32-bit ชื่อ Shell)
3. Reboot ตรวจสอบ
4. หายังไม่ได้: ไป Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon ตรวจ Shell Key = explorer.exe > Reboot
5. หายังไม่ได้: ไป Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon ลบ Shell Key > Reboot

ลบ Explorer.exe Key

1. ไป Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
2. Left pane คลิกขวา Explorer.exe folder > Delete
3. Confirm Delete > Reboot

ลบ Load Key

1. ไป Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
2. Right pane คลิกขวา Load Key > Delete
3. Confirm > Reboot

ใช้ Elevated CMD เพิ่ม Registry Keys

1. รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัดใน CMD (Admin):

   reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon" /v "Shell" /t REG_SZ /d "explorer.exe" /f
   reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon" /v "Userinit" /t REG_SZ /d "C:\Windows\System32\userinit.exe," /f
   reg add "HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon" /v "Shell" /t REG_SZ /d "explorer.exe" /f
   reg add "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager" /v "BootExecute" /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d "autocheck autochk *" /f
   reg add "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager" /v "SETUPEXECUTE" /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d "" /f

2. Reboot ตรวจสอบ

หายังไม่ได้: ลองเพิ่ม Explorer.exe (จาก C:\Windows) ลง Startup Folder (%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup) หายังไม่ได้ ลอง Repair Install/Upgrade หายังไม่ได้ Reset PC หรือ Clean Install Windows
