ดาวน์โหลดดูจะไปได้ แล้วค้างนานๆ แล้วโชว์ Error:

สาเหตุของ Error 0x8024001E
Error นี้บล็อกการติดตั้งแอป Store ทั้งหมด
สาเหตุหลัก 2 ประการ:
- Group Policy Setting** บนเครื่องบล็อกการดาวน์โหลดจาก Store Servers
- Firewall หรือ Anti-virus** บนเครื่องบล็อก Request ดาวน์โหลด
วิธีแก้ Error 0x8024001E
ต้องแก้ Group Policy ที่บล็อกดาวน์โหลด + เช็ค Firewall/Anti-virus
วิธีที่ 1: แก้ Windows Update Policy (Registry)
ส่วนใหญ่เกิดจาก Company Policy บล็อก Store Download:
- Start → regedit** → เปิด Registry Editor
- UAC → Yes
- ไป Path:
Computer \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Windows \ WindowsUpdate - Backup ก่อน**: คลิกขวา WindowsUpdate → Export → เซฟบน Desktop
- คลิกขวา WindowsUpdate → Delete**
- ปิด Registry Editor
- ลองติดตั้ง Store App ใหม่
- ยัง Error → Restart เครื่อง → ลองอีกครั้ง
- อยากคืนค่าเดิม → ดับเบิลคลิกไฟล์ .reg ที่เซฟไว้
วิธีที่ 2: Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
- Start → Settings (เฟือง)
- Update & Security
- Troubleshoot (ซ้าย)
- เลื่อนหา Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter**
- คลิก Run the troubleshooter**
- ทำตามพรอมป์ → Reboot → ลองติดตั้งใหม่
วิธีที่ 3: เช็ค Internet Access
มี Internet จริงไหม? เข้าเว็บ Store ได้ไหม? บราวซ์เว็บอื่นได้ไหม?
วิธีที่ 4: ปิด Windows Firewall ชั่วคราว
- Start → Settings (เฟือง)
- Update & Security → Windows Security → Firewall & network protection
- Windows Security settings
- เลือก Network Profile
- Microsoft Defender Firewall → Off**
- ลองติดตั้ง Store App ใหม่
- จำ: เปิด Firewall กลับหลังติดตั้งเสร็จ**
วิธีที่ 5: ปิด Anti-Virus ชั่วคราว
Anti-virus บางตัวบล็อกดาวน์โหลดผิด ลองปิด → ติดตั้ง → เปิดกลับทันที**
วิธีที่ 6: เช็ค System Proxy Settings
Proxy ระบบอาจทำให้ดาวน์โหลดล้มเหลว:
- เปิด Internet Explorer
- Settings (เฟือง) → Internet options
- แท็บ Connections → LAN settings**
- ในหน้า LAN Settings: Uncheck ทั้ง 3 กล่อง** → OK
- ปิด IE
