แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด A Required Privilege Is Not Held By The Client: ข้อผิดพลาด 0x80070522 หมายความว่าคุณพยายามคัดลอกหรือสร้างไฟล์ในไดเรกทอรีที่คุณไม่มีสิทธิ์หรือสิทธิประโยชน์ที่จำเป็น ปกติจะเกิดเมื่อพยายามคัดลอก วาง หรือแก้ไขไฟล์ในโฟลเดอร์ของ Windows (Windows, Program Files, System32) ซึ่ง Microsoft จำกัดการเข้าถึงเฉพาะ System เท่านั้น

Error 0x80070522: A required privilege is not held by the client.

ปัญหาหลักคือผู้ใช้ได้รับข้อผิดพลาดนี้เมื่อพยายามทำอะไรกับไดรฟ์ราก (C:) เช่น คัดลอก วาง ลบ หรือแก้ไข เรามาดูวิธีแก้ไขกัน

6 วิธีแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด A Required Privilege Is Not Held By The Client

ข้อควรระวัง: สร้างจุดกู้คืนระบบ (Restore Point) ก่อนเริ่มต้น

วิธีที่ 1: รันโปรแกรมในฐานะ Administrator

ต้องมีสิทธิ์ Administrator เพื่อแก้ไขหรือบันทึกไฟล์ในรากของ C: คลิกขวาโปรแกรมเลือก Run as Administrator แล้วบันทึกไฟล์ในราก C: จะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด

วิธีที่ 2: ใช้ Command Prompt คัดลอกไฟล์

  1. กด Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่งต่อไปนี้ใน cmd กด Enter: 
    copy E:\troubleshooter.txt C:\
  3. หมายเหตุ: แทนที่ E:\troubleshooter.txt ด้วยที่อยู่ไฟล์ต้นทาง และ C:\ ด้วยปลายทาง
  4. หลังรันคำสั่ง ไฟล์จะถูกคัดลอกไปที่ C:\ โดยไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด

วิธีที่ 3: ปิด Admin Approval Mode

หมายเหตุ: ไม่ทำงานกับ Windows Home Edition ให้ข้ามไปวิธีถัดไป

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ secpol.msc กด Enter
  2. ไปที่ Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options
  3. หา "User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode"
  4. ดับเบิลคลิก เลือก Disable
  5. คลิก Apply > OK ปิดหน้าต่าง รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 4: ปิด UAC ผ่าน Registry Editor

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ regedit กด Enter
  2. ไปที่ Registry subkey: 
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system
  3. หา EnableLUA DWORD ดับเบิลคลิก
  4. เปลี่ยนค่าเป็น 0 คลิก OK
  5. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์
  6. คัดลอก/แก้ไขไฟล์ที่เคยผิดพลาด แล้วเปิด UAC กลับคืนโดยตั้งค่า EnableLUA เป็น 1

วิธีที่ 5: เปลี่ยน Sharing Permission

  1. คลิกขวา Windows installation drive (C:/) เลือก Properties
  2. ไปแท็บ Sharing คลิก Advanced Sharing
  3. ติ๊ก "Share this folder" คลิก Permissions
  4. เลือก Everyone ติ๊ก Full Control
  5. Apply > OK ปิดหน้าต่างทั้งหมด
  6. รีสตาร์ท Windows Explorer ผ่าน Task Manager

วิธีที่ 6: Take Ownership ของ Root Drive

หมายเหตุ: อาจทำให้ Windows เสียหาย สร้าง Restore Point ก่อน

  1. เปิด File Explorer คลิกขวา C: drive เลือก Properties
  2. ไปแท็บ Security คลิก Advanced
  3. คลิก Change Permissions
  4. เลือก Administrators account คลิก Edit
  5. ติ๊ก Full Control คลิก OK
  6. กลับหน้าจอ Owner เลือก Administrators ติ๊ก "Replace all existing inheritable permissions on all descendants with inheritable permissions from this object"
  7. คลิก OK > Apply > OK
  8. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์
