สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม

วิธีที่ 1: Registry Fix (นำเข้าไฟล์ .reg)

สำรอง Registry ก่อนแก้ไข

1. เปิด Notepad คัดลอกโค้ดด้านล่าง ทุกบรรทัด:

2. File > Save As → Save as type: All Files → บันทึกที่ Desktop → ชื่อ The_properties_for_this_item_are_not_available.reg (ต้องมี .reg)
3. คลิกขวาไฟล์ .reg → Run as administrator → Yes
4. รีสตาร์ท → ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 2: ปิด Shell Extension ที่เสียหาย (ShellExView)

1. ดาวน์โหลด ShellExView (ซอฟต์แวร์ภายนอก)
2. รัน ShellExView.exe → รอเก็บข้อมูล Shell Extensions
3. เมนู Options → Hide All Microsoft Extensions
4. Ctrl + A เลือกทั้งหมด → กด ปุ่มสีแดง (Disable) มุมซ้ายบน
5. Yes ยืนยัน
6. หากแก้ได้ → เปิดทีละตัว (ปุ่มสีเขียว) หาตัวที่ทำให้ผิดพลาด → ปิดตัวนั้นไว้ หรือ Uninstall โปรแกรมนั้น

วิธีที่ 3: ตรวจสอบ Startup Folder ด้วยตนเอง

1. Win + R → %appdata%
2. ไป: Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > Programs > Startup
3. หาไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ค้าง (Dead links) จากโปรแกรมที่ Uninstall แล้ว → ลบทิ้ง
4. รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 4: ลบค่า Interactive User ใน Registry

1. Win + R → regedit
2. ไป: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\AppID\{448aee3b-dc65-4af6-bf5f-dce86d62b6c7}
3. คลิกขวาโฟลเดอร์ {448aee3b-dc65-4af6-bf5f-dce86d62b6c7} → Permissions
4. คลิก Advanced → Owner: Change → Advanced → Find Now → เลือก Username ของคุณ → OK
5. OK → ติ๊ก Replace owner on subcontainers and objects → Apply → OK
6. ใน Permission → เลือก Username → ติ๊ก Full Control → Apply → OK
7. ไฮไลท์โฟลเดอร์เดิม → คลิกขวา RunAs string → ลบค่า Interactive User ทิ้งว่าง → OK
8. ปิด Registry → รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 5: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK

1. Win + X → Command Prompt (Admin)

2. Sfc /scannow
   sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows

3. รอจบ → รีสตาร์ท

5. รอจบ → รีสตาร์ท
