  • Terminal Services
  • Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
  • System Event Notification
  • Windows Management Instrumentation Driver Extensions
  • COM+ Event System
  • DCOM Server Process Launcher

3. ตั้ง Startup type เป็น Automatic และบริการข้างต้นทำงานอยู่ หากไม่ ให้คลิก Start button

4. คลิก Apply ตามด้วย OK

5. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์ ตรวจสอบว่าสามารถ แก้ไข Background Intelligent Transfer Service won't start ได้หรือไม่

วิธีที่ 3: รัน System File Checker

1. กด Windows Key + X คลิก Command Prompt (Admin)

2. พิมพ์คำสั่งต่อไปนี้ใน cmd แล้วกด Enter:

Sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows (หากข้างต้นล้มเหลว ลองคำสั่งนี้)

3. รอกระบวนการเสร็จ รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 4: รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

1. พิมพ์ "troubleshooting" ใน Windows Search bar คลิก Troubleshooting

2. จากแถบซ้าย เลือก View all

3. จากรายการ เลือก Windows Update

4. หากคำสั่งข้างต้นไม่ทำงาน ลองคำสั่งด้านล่าง:

Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess

หมายเหตุ: แทนที่ C:\RepairSource\Windows ด้วยตำแหน่งแหล่งซ่อมแซม (Windows Installation หรือ Recovery Disc)

5. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์ ตรวจสอบว่าสามารถ แก้ไข Background Intelligent Transfer Service won't start ได้หรือไม่ หากไม่ ไปวิธีถัดไป

วิธีที่ 6: Reset Download Queue

1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์คำสั่งต่อไปนี้ กด Enter:

%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\

2. หา qmgr0.dat และ qmgr1.dat หากพบ ให้ลบไฟล์เหล่านี้

3. กด Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)

4. พิมพ์คำสั่งต่อไปนี้ใน cmd กด Enter:

net start bits

วิธีที่ 7: แก้ไข Registry

1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ regedit กด Enter เปิด Registry Editor

2. ไปที่ Registry Key ต่อไปนี้:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToBackup

3. หาก Key ข้างต้นมีอยู่ ให้ดำเนินต่อ หากไม่มี ให้คลิกขวา BackupRestore เลือก New > Key

4. พิมพ์ FilesNotToBackup แล้วกด Enter

5. ออกจาก Registry Editor กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ services.msc กด Enter

6. ค้นหา BITS ดับเบิลคลิก ที่แท็บ General คลิก Start
