แก้ Windows Live Mail เปิดไม่ได้ใน Windows 10

Windows Live Mail ไม่เปิดหลังอัปเกรด/อัปเดต Windows 10 สาเหตุ: ไดรเวอร์การ์ดจอขัดแย้ง หรือ Cache ของ Live Mail เสียหาย

วิธีแก้ Windows Live Mail เปิดไม่ได้

สำคัญ: สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม

วิธีที่ 1: End Process wlmail.exe และเปิดใหม่

1. Ctrl + Shift + Esc > Task Manager
2. หา wlmail.exe > End Task
3. เปิด Windows Live Mail ใหม่

วิธีที่ 2: ลบไฟล์ .cache ของ Windows Live Mail

1. Win + R > %localappdata% > Enter
2. Microsoft > Windows Live > ลบโฟลเดอร์ .cache
3. Empty Recycle Bin > เปิด Live Mail ใหม่

วิธีที่ 3: รันใน Compatibility Mode (Windows 7)

1. ไปที่ C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Mail
2. คลิกขวา wlmail.exe > Properties > Compatibility tab
3. ติ๊ก Run this program in compatibility mode for > Windows 7
4. Apply > OK > รีบูท

วิธีที่ 4: Repair Windows Essentials

1. Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Windows Essentials > Uninstall/Change
2. เลือก Repair > ทำตามขั้นตอน > รีบูท

วิธีที่ 5: System Restore

1. Win + R > sysdm.cpl > System Protection > System Restore
2. เลือก Restore Point ก่อนปัญหาเกิด > รีบูท
