ควรสร้าง Restore Point ก่อน

วิธีที่ 1: รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

  1. พิมพ์ troubleshooting ใน Windows Search คลิก Troubleshooting
  2. เมนูซ้าย View all
  3. เลือก Windows Update
  4. ทำตามหน้าจอ รัน Troubleshooter
  5. Troubleshooter จะ Fix Windows Update Database Corruption Error
  6. รีสตาร์ท ลองติดตั้งอัปเดตใหม่
  7. หาก Troubleshooter ไม่ได้หรือเสีย สามารถดาวน์โหลด Update Troubleshooter จาก Microsoft Website ได้

วิธีที่ 2: Clean Boot แล้วค่อย Update Windows

  1. Windows Key + R พิมพ์ msconfig OK
  2. แท็บ General ติ๊ก Selective startup
  3. ยกเลิกติ๊ก Load startup items
  4. แท็บ Services ติ๊ก Hide all Microsoft services
  5. คลิก Disable all ปิด Services ที่ไม่จำเป็น
  6. แท็บ Startup คลิก Open Task Manager
  7. ใน Startup tab (ใน Task Manager) Disable all startup items ที่ Enable อยู่
  8. OK แล้ว Restart ลอง Update Windows ใหม่ ควรสำเร็จ
  9. อีกครั้ง Windows Key + R msconfig OK
  10. แท็บ General เลือก Normal Startup OK
  11. โต้ตอบ Restart คลิก Restart ควร Fix Windows Update Database Corruption Error

วิธีที่ 3: รัน System File Checker (SFC) และ Check Disk (CHKDSK)

  1. Windows Key + X คลิก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์ใน cmd Enter:
Sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
  1. รอเสร็จ รีสตาร์ท
  2. รัน CHKDSK จาก Fix File System Errors with Check Disk Utility(CHKDSK)
  3. รอเสร็จ รีบูทอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 4: รัน DISM

  1. Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่ง Enter:

Important: ต้องมี Windows Installation Media พร้อม

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess

Note: แทนที่ C:\RepairSource\Windows ด้วยตำแหน่ง Repair Source จริง

  1. Enter รอ 15-20 นาที
  2. หาไม่ได้ ลอง:
Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess
  1. DISM เสร็จ พิมพ์ sfc /scannow Enter
  2. รอ SFC เสร็จ รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 5: เปลี่ยนชื่อ SoftwareDistribution Folder

  1. Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่งหยุด Windows Update Services Enter ทีละบรรทัด:
net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
  1. พิมพ์คำสั่ง Rename Folder Enter:
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
  1. พิมพ์คำสั่งเริ่ม Services ใหม่ Enter ทีละบรรทัด:
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
  1. รีบูทบันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลง
