แก้ USB ไม่ทำงาน Error Code 39: หากอุปกรณ์ USB (Flash drive, คีย์บอร์ด, เมาส์, ฮาร์ดดิสก์พกพา) ไม่ถูกตรวจจับเลย ต้องทดสอบอุปกรณ์นั้นในคอมพิวเตอร์เครื่องอื่นก่อน หากทำงานได้ปกติ แสดงว่าปัญหาอยู่ที่ USB Port ของคุณ ไปที่ Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus controllers > คลิกขวาอุปกรณ์ที่มีเครื่องหมาย ! สีเหลือง > Properties จะเห็น Error:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Error Code 39 หมายถึง Driver เสีย/เก่า/ไม่เข้ากัน เกิดจาก Registry entries เสียหาย อาจเกิดหลัง Upgrade Windows หรือ Install/Uninstall ซอฟต์แวร์/ไดรเวอร์ USB ลองดูวิธีแก้ด้านล่าง

สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อน

วิธีที่ 1: ลบ UpperFilters และ LowerFilters Registry Keys

1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ regedit Enter
2. ไปที่ Registry Key:
   

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}

3. ใน Right pane หา UpperFilters และ LowerFilters (หาไม่เจอ ลองวิธีถัดไป)
4. ลบทั้งสองตัว (อย่าลบ .bak)
5. ปิด Registry Editor > Restart คอมพิวเตอร์
6. ควรแก้ได้แล้ว หายังไม่ได้ ลองต่อ

วิธีที่ 2: Update USB Drivers

1. เปิด Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
2. ขยาย Universal Serial Bus controllers คลิกขวาอุปกรณ์ที่มี ! > Update Driver
3. เลือก Search automatically for updated driver software
4. Reboot หายังมีปัญหา ทำต่อ
5. Update Driver อีกครั้ง แต่เลือก Browse my computer for driver software
6. คลิก Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. เลือก Driver ล่าสุด > Next
8. รอติดตั้งเสร็จ Reboot

วิธีที่ 3: รัน Hardware and Device Troubleshooter

1. Windows Key + X > Control Panel
2. ค้นหา Troubleshoot > คลิก Troubleshooting
3. คลิก View all ด้านซ้าย
4. รัน Troubleshooter for Hardware and Device
5. อาจแก้ปัญหาได้

วิธีที่ 4: Uninstall USB Controllers

1. เปิด Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
2. ขยาย Universal Serial Bus controllers คลิกขวาอุปกรณ์ที่มี ! > Uninstall
3. ยืนยัน Yes
4. Reboot Windows จะติดตั้ง Default drivers เอง

วิธีที่ 5: Disable และ Re-enable USB Controllers

1. เปิด Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
2. ขยาย Universal Serial Bus controllers
3. คลิกขวา USB controller ตัวแรก > Uninstall
4. ทำซ้ำกับทุก USB controller
5. Reboot Windows จะ Reinstall ทุก USB controllers เอง
6. ตรวจสอบ USB device ว่าทำงานได้หรือไม่
