วิธีที่ 1: สำหรับ USB/Bluetooth Mouse หรือ Keyboard

1. พิมพ์ control ใน Windows Search > Control Panel
2. คลิก View Devices and Printers ใต้ Hardware and Sound
3. คลิกขวา USB Mouse หรือ Keyboard > Properties
4. แท็บ Hardware > คลิก HID Device > Properties
5. คลิก Change Settings > แท็บ Power Management
6. ยกเลิกติ๊ก Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
7. Apply > OK
8. Reboot > ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 2: ปิด Fast Startup

1. Windows Key + R > control Enter > Control Panel
2. Hardware and Sound > Power Options
3. ซ้ายมือ Choose what the power buttons do
4. คลิก Change settings that are currently unavailable
5. ยกเลิกติ๊ก Turn on fast startup > Save changes

วิธีที่ 3: ปิด Filter Keys

1. พิมพ์ control ใน Windows Search > Control Panel
2. คลิก Ease of Access
3. คลิก Ease of Access อีกครั้ง
4. เลื่อนลงเลือก Make the keyboard easier to use
5. ยกเลิกติ๊ก Turn on Filter Keys ใต้ Make it easier to type
6. Apply > OK

วิธีที่ 4: Reinstall Wireless Mouse Driver

1. Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
2. ขยาย Mice and other pointing devices คลิกขวา Wireless Mouse > Update Driver
3. คลิก Browse my computer for driver software
4. คลิก Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
5. ยกเลิกติ๊ก Show compatible hardware เลือกอุปกรณ์ใดก็ได้จากรายการ
6. Next > ยืนยัน Yes
7. Reboot > ทำซ้ำขั้นตอน 1-4
8. ครั้งนี้ ติ๊ก Show compatible hardware เลือก PS/2 Compatible Mouse > Next
9. Restart > ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 5: Uninstall Wireless Drivers

1. Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
2. ขยาย Mice and other pointing devices คลิกขวา Wireless Mouse > Uninstall
3. Reboot Windows จะติดตั้ง Default drivers เอง
