สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อน
วิธีที่ 1: ตรวจสอบ Windows Update
- Windows Key + I > Update & Security
- คลิก Check for updates ติดตั้งอัปเดตค้าง
- Reboot > ทดสอบ
วิธีที่ 2: Update Display Drivers
- Windows Key + R > devmgmt.msc Enter
- ขยาย Display adapters คลิกขวา Nvidia Graphic Card > Enable
- คลิกขวาอีกครั้ง > Update Driver Software
- เลือก Search automatically for updated driver software
- หาแก้ได้แล้วดี หายังไม่ได้ ทำต่อ
- Update Driver อีกครั้ง เลือก Browse my computer for driver software
- เลือก Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
- เลือก Driver ที่เข้ากันกับ Nvidia Graphic Card > Next
- รอเสร็จ Reboot
วิธีที่ 3: Clean Boot
ซอฟต์แวร์บุคคลที่สามอาจขัดแย้ง Resolution ทำ Clean Boot เพื่อวินิจฉัยทีละขั้น
วิธีที่ 4: Uninstall Video Drivers
- Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) > ขยาย Display adapters > คลิกขวา NVIDIA > Uninstall
- ยืนยัน Yes
- Windows Key + X > Control Panel > Uninstall a Program

- Windows Key + R > control Enter > Control Panel
- Hardware and Sound > Power Options
- ซ้ายมือ Choose what the power buttons do
- คลิก Change settings that are currently unavailable
- ยกเลิกติ๊ก Turn on fast startup > Save changes

- Windows Key + S ค้นหา control > Control Panel
- ค้นหา troubleshoot > Troubleshooting
- ซ้ายมือ View all
- คลิก Video Playback
- ทำตามคำแนะนำ
- Reboot > ทดสอบ
