แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด Windows Camera ไม่ตรวจจับ (0xA00F4244) อย่างรวดเร็ว

แก้ Windows หา/เริ่ม Camera ไม่ได้: หากเจอ "We can't find your camera" พร้อม Error code 0xA00F4244 (0xC00D36D5) สาเหตุอาจเป็น Antivirus บล็อก Webcam หรือ Driver Webcam เก่า Camera App เปิดไม่ได้ แสดง Error ดังกล่าว ลองดูวิธีแก้ด้านล่าง

แก้ Windows หา/เริ่ม Camera ไม่ได้

สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อน

วิธีที่ 1: ปิด Antivirus และ Firewall ชั่วคราว

  1. คลิกขวาไอคอน Antivirus ใน System Tray > Disable
  2. เลือกเวลาที่ปิด (สั้นที่สุด 15-30 นาที)
  3. ลองเปิด Webcam ดูแก้ได้ไหม
  4. Windows Key + X > Control Panel
  5. คลิก System and Security > Windows Firewall
  6. ซ้ายมือคลิก Turn Windows Firewall on or off
  7. เลือก Turn off Windows Firewall > Restart > ลองเปิด Camera อีกครั้ง
  8. สำคัญ: หาไม่ได้ผล ต้องเปิด Firewall กลับคืนทันที

วิธีที่ 2: ตรวจสอบว่า Camera เปิดอยู่แล้ว

  1. Windows Key + I > Settings > Privacy
  2. เมนูซ้ายเลือก Camera
  3. ติ๊กให้ ON ที่ Let apps use my camera hardware
  4. ปิด Settings > Reboot

วิธีที่ 3: System Restore

  1. Windows Key + R > sysdm.cpl Enter
  2. แท็บ System Protection > System Restore
  3. Next > เลือก Restore point
  4. ทำตามคำแนะนำ
  5. หลัง Reboot อาจแก้ได้ (รวม All Cameras Are Reserved Error 0xA00f4288)

วิธีที่ 4: Rollback Webcam Driver

  1. Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
  2. ขยาย Imaging devices / Sound, video and game controllers / Cameras หา Webcam
  3. คลิกขวา Webcam > Properties
  4. แท็บ Driver หากมี Roll Back Driver ให้คลิก
  5. Yes > Reboot
  6. ทดสอบอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 5: Uninstall Webcam Driver

  1. Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
  2. ขยาย Cameras คลิกขวา Webcam > Uninstall device
  3. จาก Action > Scan for hardware changes
  4. Reboot

วิธีที่ 6: Reset Webcam App

  1. Windows Key + I > Settings > Apps > Apps & features
  2. หา Camera app คลิก > Advanced options
  3. คลิก Reset
  4. Reboot > ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 7: Registry Fix

  1. Windows Key + R > regedit Enter
  2. ไปที่: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Media Foundation\Platform
  3. คลิกขวา Platform > New > DWORD (32-bit) Value
  4. ตั้งชื่อ EnableFrameServerMode
  5. Double-click เปลี่ยน Value เป็น 0
  6. OK > ปิด Registry Editor
