8. เอาติ๊ก Require 128-bit encryption ออก

9. คลิก Apply > OK บันทึก และ Reboot PC

เช็คว่าปัญหาแก้ไขแล้วหรือยัง

วิธีที่ 5: อัปเดตหรือ Roll Back Drivers

ทำตามขั้นตอนอัปเดตไดรเวอร์หรือ Roll back printer driver updates เพื่อแก้ Unable to install printer the handle is invalid error

ตัวเลือกที่ 2: Roll back Driver Updates

9. เปลี่ยนชื่อ Printer ถ้าต้องการ คลิก Next

10. รอ Windows ติดตั้ง Printer เสร็จ เช็คว่าเจอ Error อีกหรือไม่

วิธีที่ 8: ซ่อมแซมไฟล์ระบบ

สามารถสแกนและซ่อมแซม System files อัตโนมัติได้ด้วย System File Checker (SFC) และ DISM scans ทำตามขั้นตอน:

1. กดปุ่ม Windows พิมพ์ Command Prompt คลิก Run as administrator

2. คลิก Yes ในพรอมป์ User Account Control
3. พิมพ์ chkdsk C: /f /r /x กด Enter



4. ถ้ามีข้อความ Chkdsk cannot run…the volume is… in use process ให้พิมพ์ Y กด Enter
5. พิมพ์ sfc /scannow กด Enter รัน System File Checker scan

• Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.
• Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
• Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
7. เมื่อสแกนเสร็จ Restart PC
8. เปิด Command Prompt as administrator อีกครั้ง รันคำสั่งต่อไปนี้ทีละคำสั่ง:

dism.exe /Online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism.exe /Online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
dism.exe /Online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

หมายเหตุ: ต้องมีอินเทอร์เน็ตทำงานเพื่อรันคำสั่ง DISM ให้ถูกต้อง

วิธีที่ 9: รัน Malware Scan

ทำตามขั้นตอนรัน Malware scan แก้ Unable to install printer the handle is invalid error:

1. กด Windows + I พร้อมกัน เปิด Settings
2. คลิก Update & Security

3. คลิก Recovery ด้านซ้าย เลือก Restart now ภายใต้ Advanced startup

4. ปล่อยให้ PC รีสตาร์ทสมบูรณ์ ตอนนี้อยู่ใน Windows Recovery Environment
5. คลิก Troubleshoot

6. คลิก Advanced options

7. เลือก Advanced options ตามด้วย Startup Settings



8. คลิก Restart รอหน้าจอ Startup Settings ปรากฏ
9. กดปุ่ม (number) 4 เพื่อเข้า Safe Mode

หมายเหตุ: เพื่อ Enable Safe Mode with network access กด number 5

ตอนนี้สามารถทำตามและแก้ ปัญหานี้ โดย Uninstall อัปเดตล่าสุดด้วยตนเองหลังบูท PC เข้า Safe Mode แล้ว

10. กดปุ่ม Windows พิมพ์ Control Panel เปิด

11. ตั้ง View by: Large icons เลือก Programs and Features

12. คลิก View installed updates ด้านซ้าย

13. เลือกอัปเดตล่าสุด คลิก Uninstall

14. ยืนยันพรอมป์ (ถ้ามี) และ Reboot PC

เช็คว่าแก้ปัญหาได้หรือยัง

หมายเหตุ: หากเจอ Error ใน Safe Mode ให้ Uninstall หรือ Reinstall แอปพลิเคชันที่มีปัญหาก่อให้เกิด Error นี้

วิธีที่ 12: Perform System Restore

บ่อยครั้งเจอ Unable to install printer the handle is invalid error หลัง Windows update หากเจอปัญหานี้ ให้ Restore ระบบกลับไปเวอร์ชันก่อนหน้า

หมายเหตุ: แนะนำ Boot Windows 10 PC เข้า Safe Mode ก่อนทำ System Restore
