แก้ไขปัญหาล้าง Recycle Bin ไม่ได้หลัง Windows 10 Creators Update

Unable to empty Recycle Bin after Windows 10 Creators Update: หลังติดตั้ง Windows 10 Creators Update จะเจอปหลายอย่าง เช่น No Sound, No Internet, Brightness Issues และปัญหาที่จะพูดถึงคือ ไม่สามารถล้าง Recycle Bin ได้ หลังอัปเดต จะเห็นไฟล์ใน Recycle Bin แต่ลบไม่ได้ Right-click เพื่อ "Empty Recycle Bin" ก็จะเป็นสีเทา กดไม่ได้

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนล่ะ

วิธีที่ 1: ทำ Clean Boot

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ msconfig คลิก OK
  2. แท็บ General ติ๊ก Selective startup
  3. ยกเครื่องหมายถูกออกจาก Load startup items
  4. แท็บ Services ติ๊ก Hide all Microsoft services
  5. คลิก Disable all ปิด Services ที่ไม่จำเป็นซึ่งอาจขัดแย้ง
  6. แท็บ Startup คลิก Open Task Manager
  7. ใน Startup tab (ใน Task Manager) Disable ทั้งหมด ที่ Enabled อยู่
  8. คลิก OK > Restart เปิด Clean Boot แล้วลอง Empty Recycle Bin
  9. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ msconfig คลิก OK
  10. แท็บ General เลือก Normal Startup คลิก OK
  11. เมื่อถาม Restart คลิก Restart

วิธีที่ 2: ใช้ CCleaner ล้าง Recycle Bin

ดาวน์โหลดติดตั้ง CCleaner จากเว็บไซต์ เปิด CCleaner เมนูซ้ายคลิก "CCleaner" เลื่อนลง System section ติ๊ก "Empty Recycle Bin" คลิก Run Cleaner

วิธีที่ 3: รีเซ็ต Recycle Bin

  1. กด Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่ง: 
    RD /S /Q [Drive_Letter]:\$Recycle.bin?
    หมายเหตุ: หาก Windows ติดตั้งที่ C: ให้แทนที่ [Drive_Letter] ด้วย C
    RD /S /Q C:\$Recycle.bin?
  3. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์ แล้ว ลอง Empty Recycle Bin อีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 4: แก้ไข Recycle Bin ที่เสียหาย

  1. เปิด This PC คลิก View > Options
  2. แท็บ View ติ๊ก "Show hidden files, folders, and drives"
  3. ยกเครื่องหมายถูกออกจาก: 
    Hide empty drives
Hide extensions for known file types
Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)
  4. คลิก Apply > OK
  5. ไปที่ C: Drive (Drive ที่ติดตั้ง Windows)
  6. คลิกขวา โฟลเดอร์ $RECYCLE.BIN เลือก Delete
    หมายเหตุ: ลบไม่ได้ ให้ Boot เข้า Safe Mode แล้วลองลบ
  7. คลิก Yes > Continue
  8. ติ๊ก "Do this for all current items" คลิก Yes
  9. ทำซ้ำขั้นตอน 5-8 สำหรับ Hard Drive ตัวอื่นๆ
  10. รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์
  11. หลัง Restart Windows จะสร้าง $RECYCLE.BIN ใหม่และ Recycle Bin บน Desktop อัตโนมัติ
  12. เปิด Folder Options เลือก "Don't show hidden files and folders" ติ๊ก "Hide protected operating system files"
  13. คลิก Apply > OK
